For example, if I ate too many carbohydrates in the morning, I remove the carbohydrates in the evening. Or if I consumed a lot of sugar that day, I increase my dance time by 10 minutes and drink more water for that day. Don't let yourself go because you've eaten too much, instead adjust your diet for the day. Water is very important, I realized the importance of water very late.
