The most authentic chicken feet dimsum on youtube. Im gonna try this one. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Only thing is you did not mention how many minutes to boil it before frying.
Hi Ronald, you can boil the chicken feet for 30 minutes as you will still need to cook and steam it until it’s soft. Don’t boil too long as if it’s too soft, it will be hard to fry. Thanks for the question and of course thanks for watching my video. 💕
Thank you!!!
My pleasure, Cynthia! 💕
Please I have a question for the boiling water how long it take??, because I want well done, and don not want still raw ,thank you Dear 🌷
Hi I simmered my for 1 hour with lid on. It came out perfect!
@@Ying-kb3kp, ok I will follow this Receipe👍, Thank you Very much 💐
Hello, for this recipe, you won’t have raw chicken feet. You have to simmer it until it is soft. Medium heat for 1 hour would be perfect! 💕
Hi your recipe has 150g of rock sugar. That seems a lot. Is that the correct amount?
Hi, good catch. You are right, it was a typo! 15grams of sugar. Sorry! I stared at the video so much, didn’t catch my own mistake. Thank you! 💕
I will try it

I can use the pressure cooker right?
Yes, you definitely can use pressure cooker. But don’t cook too long. You want it soft but try not to have it falling apart. 💕
More recipe.
More to come! Thanks!
Have you tried BONELESS CHICKEN FEET ❓Less hassle in the mouth to savor the collagen and aromatics‼️Only too much efforts to debone‼️
Boneless chicken feet are great for salad! Great for hot pot as well! But this steam chicken feet dish is quite popular in dim sum restaurant. I love this style too! 💕
