    Hi everyone, the amount of sugar listed is a typo. The correct amount is 15 grams of rock sugar. Apologized for the inconvenience. Thanks for watching my video!

    The most authentic chicken feet dimsum on youtube. Im gonna try this one. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
    Only thing is you did not mention how many minutes to boil it before frying.

    • @WeekendMeals8
      @WeekendMeals8  5 месяцев назад

      Hi Ronald, you can boil the chicken feet for 30 minutes as you will still need to cook and steam it until it’s soft. Don’t boil too long as if it’s too soft, it will be hard to fry. Thanks for the question and of course thanks for watching my video. 💕

      Hello, for this recipe, you won’t have raw chicken feet. You have to simmer it until it is soft. Medium heat for 1 hour would be perfect! 💕

      Yes, you definitely can use pressure cooker. But don’t cook too long. You want it soft but try not to have it falling apart. 💕

    Have you tried BONELESS CHICKEN FEET ❓Less hassle in the mouth to savor the collagen and aromatics‼️Only too much efforts to debone‼️

    • @WeekendMeals8
      @WeekendMeals8  Месяц назад

      Boneless chicken feet are great for salad! Great for hot pot as well! But this steam chicken feet dish is quite popular in dim sum restaurant. I love this style too! 💕
