It has soft blend, it has mirrors, it has its own servers and can be exported???? 😳 If I ever get my PC built I would definitely use this to export to unity! I weirdly saw this coming even before dreams I would tell people it would be cool if streaming was up to snuff enough to use a centralized server bank and not take up so much memory on standard gear. 3D modeling and 4K is very expensive and very hard on the hardware unless it's from the future! I'll definitely be trying this though it will probably remain in womp for now!
Holy crap. Thank you. I have knowledge skills with other tools, but unlocking creativity without the technical parts is something I’m endlessly excited for. It’s future for creation. Imagine how many kids this will open up creative exploration to.
Looks like it works pretty much exactly like Dreams. Does it have imported textures and transparency too? Then this is even better than Dreams would be for PC, at least the modeling part of Dreams.
From their site: "Womp is compatible with any computer that is not touch screen. If it can run netflix, it can run Womp.**Womp only runs on Chrome browser so please make sure to have chrome installed on your device.**Womp is not compatible with touch screen devices including Ipads**"
So long as you own the intellectual property rights to what you create; it's no different than creating locally on your own computer. Render farms have been around for ages, these browser based softwares are pretty much the same basic idea. Outsourcing the hardware intensive parts of 3d creation to servers, is really lowering the costs for people to get into stuff like this.
@@reinux Gaby- Womp CEO here ! :) totally understand where you are coming from- but Womp is just team is a group of scrappy demosceners, engineers, graphics, artists and designers from all around the world focused on anyone being able to 3D, that is the only reason why we are streaming computers. When we set out to democratize 3D for artists we realized that most wanted to use iPads, old macs or PCS and that it was going to be a long time until artists had the right hardware for the creations they want to make. I hope we can win your trust! We are not looking to vertically centralize creations or data or anything of the sort- we just want to remove another barrier for anyone to 3D. Even my grandma ❤.
@@reinux The idea is the same though, moving the hardware load off of the creator. It's an excellent type of service for people that can't invest in the necessary hardware for modeling but still want to do it. It can't replace traditional softwares due to limitations of remote services so there's no concern over that for the time being either.
@@Aetius_of_Astora Moving the hardware load off the creator and "democratizing" 3D are the goals. No one is disputing that. My concern is the side effects. Hundreds of dollars in hardware cost is easily offset by an industry sucking up billions, potentially trillions, of dollars in work which people could have used to buy said hardware. Those are the broader issues that our industry is incapable of seeing. Over-optimization and resource consolidation is collapsing the economy from the bottom up.
It really is intuitive, but definitely not a new way of 3D. When something is easy to use, it has less options, compared to things like Blender, this is nothing. This still can be useful for concept artists and for basic modelling. It has potential, but for real 3D artists and animators, this is a waste of time.
Well it's definitely lacking some important functions still but it's also just in the alpha and will be developing a lot, for now I guess it could still open many doors for people to get into 3D or just have fun :)
Thanks for the feedback! For Blender and 3D professionals Womp will probably seem limited at first sight- but that's just for now! :) I hope you can someday you can give Womp a try and change your mind! :)

Yup it's absolutely wonderful that they make it available for pretty much anyone and easy to get into with great outcomes :D

You are welcome! I agree, the more accessible 3D is for anyone the better, this is a wonderful new opportunity for many to enter :)
THIS VIDEO LOOKS LIKE A BIRTHDAY GIFT, SAKKU! THIS IS AMAZING, I GOTTA TRY IT OUT ASAP!
Wow I'm happy to hear man, I hope you will be having fun :)
Looks similar to how modelling in Dreams works!
There's definitely quite some similarities :)
what a very intriguing software! looks fun, fast and easy to work with!
Absolutely, can confirm :)
This looks awesome! Definitely gonna use it. Thanks for sharing, Sakku!
Happy to help, it's lots of fun to use, enjoy :)
So I finally could watch this video and WOW! It's huge! I'm gonna try this app soon.
Thanks for sharing 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm getting Nomad Sculpt vibes... Am interested to check it out as my tablet couldn't handle NS.
I see dreams has inspired New Creation tools the future is going to be magnificent
I would love to see materials like that in Dreams :D
Ohhh I will definitely check this out
I feel like it would be perfect for some of your weapon stuff :D

Not exactly the same but with similarities! Transparency yes coming very soon, textures not yet.
Thank you Sakku for introducing it! it looks so cool!
This is amazing, thank you. What export options do you have at the moment?
Hello! we can export OBJ and PLY ATM- more coming soon :)
@@gt5855-r6x thanks for the prompt reply. I am looking forward to the beta
If you make another video about Womp can you possibly talk more about the 3D printing look like someone created something and printed it off
I will be making another video yes! The 3D prints are looking really nice actually, you can also see some in their Discord server :)
Muy bueno.
Gracias!
By the way that's a really cool robot!
Thanks a lot! :)
Thanks a lot for this video. What an amazing tool!
This is awesome! It’s just like Dreams! Thanks for sharing, I’ll definitely give it a try!
Quite similar at least yeah, I hope you enjoy :)
At 6:43 how do you mirror the antenna like that after already creating it?
luv the tutes...
danke!
Looks really cool 👏🏻👍🏻💖
Very very cool thingy! :D
Indeed :D
the blending and mirroring looks like dreams but on PC :)
Interesting workflow for sure! Still some stuff missing, but combined with things like blender, this could really change things
It's still in an early stage and a lot more functions are to be added :)
Name for musica in minute- 0:35
Does this support mobile by any chance?

Will this be mobile eventually? I’d love to try it on my iPad.
Yes the team is working on iPad support 🔥
Excellent! Any estimations on when?
@@clampfan101 Sadly don't have the information on that, hopefully sooner than later 🙏

@@Aetius_of_Astora Render farms weren't tightly vertically integrated with the software and the training you put into using them.
