Fantastic performance, well-memorized work! I've got only one advice to make have more control over the piece while playing it, you can slow it down a little bit more and make more emphasis on the harmonies than on the speed. Also one tip that can help make it even is to divide every big whole beat of a bar into two parts such as 1 2 3 1 2 3 ( beat 1) 1 2 3 1 2 3 ( beat 2) 1 2 3 1 2 3 ( beat 3) 1 2 3 1 2 3 ( beat 4). This will help you ensure every single note. Additionally use very slow metronome and count when playing it. I hope you will sure have big improvement bro! Greetings!
Hey, Dear friend. I am practicing this too. But I feel so hard to distinguish the main melody and back ground. Could you give me some tips or experiences ? Thank you so much for your help.
SunSon29 I agree with you that it can be a great challenge to play with the degree of finesse over dynamic control necessary to well-distinguish the different voices in pieces like this, and I certainly still struggle with it myself. I'm very much an amateur, so take any advice with that appropriate warning, but I found my dynamic control improving when I practiced similar sections in various pieces with the aim of playing everything but the melody as absolutely quietly as possible, and then tuning the balance once that melodic over-emphasis was achieved.
BMDPiano I am a beginner! hehe, But I do enjoy practicing his piece. Just about 5 days ago. A music professor told me that the romantic piece like this one could NOT be precise. Hence, you may want to somehow DIY the main melody to the way easier to sounds clear.
Fernand Pors yeah, and I am doing very well so far. I talked with professors. and they also told me this is a really advance piece. You play this piece as well?
I've been practicing this piece, and others like it, for a few years now, and I have one interesting tip that Jon Schmidt had for his piece Song of the Ocean. Of course, his tip was for those who aren't used to melodies being played by the left hand, and that was to play the right hand REALLY soft while banging the left hand as loudly as possible. Only do this at first, though, and only in your practice sessions, as it sounds terrible otherwise. This also works with 3-hand-effect pieces like this one, but it's a bit harder to do, considering where the melody is located. It is possible though, and it does help.
@@edwinperea7545 No. It's not hate. The pianist needs to slow the piece down. Focus more on technique..release of tension in the wrists. That's constructive criticism. Not hatred.
There is absolutely no way to make this song sound good without the damper pedal, as the melody constantly switches between the hands, and the harmony is so complex that it's almost impossible to play legato with just your hands. So, yes, he's using the damper pedal. He has to.

Wow...you did an incredibly beautiful but difficult job... Its been 7 years since then, I hope to see you playing this again... Greatly touching.

Great job, friend :)
Why do so many pianist play this in B-flat? The original key is A flat major. It sounds much better in the original key.
Yes, it is a shame that a grand piano used for performances wasn't tuned for this performance.
Performance !?! 😄😄😄😄
as a gay man I think he is cute as well as an accomplished pianist. Just saying!
😍😍😍

+SunSon29 At least you made a courageous choice of music to play as a "beginner" ;)

Dear Sir, I got a question for you. Do you use paddle or not ? (Use the paddle to emphasize the main melody) Thanks.
u fucking idiot, is nt i obvious he is using pedal? do u have ears?!
@@lylimthr3084 That's rude! Some people might not realize that what they are hearing is the damper pedal being used. Give him/her some slack!

Sensacional.A reverberação produzida pela madeira não tem comparação.Simplesmente alma
@Draco456 someone else has used my account to watch youtube and has commented here! Apologies!
mi amigo primero se estudia y luego me presento al examen
