I think it's because they're stunned; it's kind of like being in shock at something awesome. If you've never seen it before, you're kind of disconnected from it. Ballet is not for everybody. Doesn't have to be.
Ballet is the most magical and captivating of all the dance disciplines! Her performance is absolutely breathtaking, and her tutu is so delicate and beautiful; it low-key makes me hungry for mint ice-cream, lol!
I love her lightness and joy. Some dancers do the steps but aren't actually gifted dancers. This young woman truly dances. It makes me happy to watch her.
I love her, she's one of my favorite dancer's. She's really a nice person as well. She kills it everytime she steps on stage, I wish she was given more recognition, she certainly deserves it☆

I hope that all those "unlikes" are from people who can actually do it better or see some technical mistakes in what she does.... because no normal human being can do what she does....and some people may forget that. .. .how much work and commitment it cause to dance like this.....and l am not even half interested in ballet
I danced and taught ballet for most of my whole life and I love her, everything she does she does it better and cleaner then 99% of the ballet world. Don't get me wrong she has fan's but she could dance circles around a lot of the "big name" dancers in the States. Liz, I love that you wrote what you did, to notice her ability with out being a dancer yourself speaks volumes!! Much Love☆
She seems to barely skim the floor, like a creature more at home in the air. Every move was perfect, and as someone else mentioned, she looks genuinely relaxed and joyful the whole time. I definitely hope to see more of her in the future.

you should watch Tan Yuan Yuan. Her movement flows into one another and her legs is straighter and leaner. A class above
