Monthly Supply - 3.8 months: 15 of 20 months were better
August 2024 Condo/Thome Stats:
Median Sale Price - $235k: 18 of 20 previous months were better
Price per Square Foot - $191: All previous months were better
Days on Market - 101: All previous months were better
Monthly Supply - 6.4: All previous months were better
