Surprised to see acid-lead (or gel) batteries on a 2022 RV. I assumed a switch to LiFePo4 already happened. They are much lighter and have much more capacity for the same volume.
The ICON basement is still king! But, this is still a beauty!

Here you go RV for the price of the house and the cheapest truck cabin with interior from 1991 (except the gearbox ok)
I'm wondering if that bay that wouldn't lock was originally the propane bay. Propane bays as you know can't have locks on them. Just a thought. Absolutely gorgeous coach but I still prefer a class A pusher. For that money I would go with a new Foretravel or pre-owned Prevost conversion by Liberty or Marathon. I still think these high end coaches should start coming with cassette style high SEER mini-split HVAC systems that can be operated off of solar. Oddly no solar at all on this coach? There looks to be plenty of room for LifePo4 batteries, charge controllers or even an all in one rack style system. Great job with the walk through! Thanks

I was surprised that he had to hold the television door open because as soon as he let it go it closed ( I just seen the left strut fell off that’s why he had to hold it up)
The engine limp bypass is something probably used in all diesels with regen smog equipment. There’s always problems with regeneration exhaust filter.
Knock on wood, but in 5 years of selling these coaches I have never had a customer actually go into limp mode. I have heard of it happening, but I have not had the problem yet! Thank you watching!

That TV looks like its display is going to come in direct contact with the protruding piece on the inside of the door at excessive road vibration. Better put some sort of protection over the screen.
I like your presentation, but for us high tech fokes, what is missing is the power outlets, voltage and placement. This is a nice RV, tks.

Seems like a lot of misplaced hardware and fixtures that block other things. Master Bath medicine cabinet is blocked from opening by the towel rack, the same bath has drawers that dont open fully because they hit the handles of the drawers opposite them.
Perfect drive train for mountains and a big race car trailer. That's about it.

If I boondock how many hours can I get out of my fuel tank with that 12500 generator. Sipping fuel plus the oasis keeping everything warm and hot showers before I have to go find more diesel with only able to use 75 gallons of the 100 gallon tank

I really like the design of the bathroom/shower, especially the emergency door and window. You need to be able to vent it properly. I see some very expensive semi truck cabs where they are stuffing the toilet inside a tiny shower stall (it is ridiculous poor design idea), especially when you see the rest of the cab space (ample shelves, huge Television and other nonessential entertainment items). I know these truck manufacturers are doing this just to save money/increase profits, instead of having a larger bathroom shower area like this model (they could easily just consolidate some of the space and make a proper restroom/shower area like this one. If I was spending $350,000 or more on a truck cab, the idea to not be dependent on truck stop facilities, hotels, restaurants (saving time and money).
beautiful. But that black shade on top should be a light color. Black will draw heat. The valance covers could be smaller, it just looks too boxy and big, with those big box lights. Less is more, as the saying goes.

To be honest it has never been requested! I can start doing that, but in the vast majority of Newmar's the bed comes in and contacts the wardrobe but you still have full use of the bed!
I'm sure that just like everything else in the rv, the price is absolutely massive.
They start at around $725,000 . . but . . "you only get ONE life . . then you'll be dead for a LONG time" !!!

It depends on what state you are in! In Colorado you only need a Drivers License!

Good video lots of info but did you really have to open every single thing that opened… im pretty sure if you can afford to buy this then you know what the inside of a mico or fridge looks like.
LOL, I know it gets a little painful some times, but when we started doing live videos people really wanted to see the storage and now I open every single one!

What is the price of it?????
Considering that these start at $750,000, this model probably costs at least $800,000. Add to that taxes and fees, I would guess about $900,000. And that's before all the other fees you will incur before even taking it on the road the first time. Budget $1 million and you'll be safe.
That interior is hideous. How about some custom modern Matalic finish Cabinets for what your paying 💰💰??

Why are the interiors of so many motor homes so fugly? Those cabinet fronts and that ornate trim are hideous. For the kind of money these things cost, you'd think someone would hire a decent interior designer.

What is it about Newmar that they always have such small kitchen sinks is the people cool by Newmar have so much money they figure they won't be cooking and dirty pots and pans I don't get it million-dollar RVs with little sinks this one is actually larger than most for Newmar little van rv have bigger sinks most of the time

Don't have this model, have the 2022. We're completely disappointed in Newmar. They have been terrible to deal with on warranty stuff. They don't trust their off site technicians. The big slide out motors have failed and the gray water electric switched failed. Find out They had the manual switch in THE MIDDLE of the coach where no one could ever reach it! Buyer beware!!!
