I would always recommend listening to the entire singing bowl sessions; as it is a comprehensive healing process. The singing bowl adjusts to the energy as the session goes on and I, myself as the healer playing the singing bowl, will move the bowl around and play it intuitively to balance the chakra and clear any blockages. This session is longer as I felt the collective needed a more extensive healing for this chakra. Be gentle with yourself as you integrate. Take deep belly breaths and allow the frequencies to flow through you. This is a great session to listen to while driving, doing the dishes, folding the laundry, journaling etc where you just let your mind wander and your body relax. Enjoy.
