Id like a boss like that guy in the yellow shirt who doesnt know a lot about the profession but keeps me motivated and happy. And assigns tasks aswell. Basically responsible for managing the whole office and keeping everyone motivated. Professional people scare me.
I don't think it is necessary to move out to earn or to learn, I started my career as a visualiser from Pakistan's top advertising agency, I have overall experience of 8 years and today at the age of 27 I am working as a Creative Director in an US design agency remotely. It's just about the will and eager to grow everyone can do it for sure!! Just keep grinding.

to be honest reality ia total different, I've 20 years experience in graphic design and i am art director and visualizer, 100% all companies rejected me because a lame excuses, Dubai experience is must, come-on guys, when i am presenting my portfolio and there is everything and its world wide clients i served including gulf countries, any way its total game of luck.

waste 6 lacs in the 3 months and git very bad experience, very bad people, lot of racist behavior, it was a horrible experience, uae's hospitality only looks good in videos, actually its land of bad heart and cheap peoples. i will not recommend to go in uae.

What i think mostly indian's and specially south indian's, have dominance in gulf countries they mostly don't let the out sider's specially pakistan to get in thier companies and instead guving it to their county person cause, UAE is like a small colony of india and indian's are commanding it
However there are many Pakistani as well. We gotta fight the dominance
