That was an absolutely wonderful story. It inspired me to go straight up to Clapham Woods for a walk around. It was a beautiful Spring day but sadly no sign of Elizabeth.

What’s really spooky is that I was researching Clapham Woods and your channel pops up. I’m Ray and I lived in Clapham London. Weird connection maybe but more and more strange things are happening to me since opening up my third eye, gland.

Wow that was really scary stuff but in the same breath it was exciting to listen to I think I would of ran as fast as I could when you turned round and she was following you that would of been it for me i'm out of here I get a shiver down my back thinking about that scene all the same brilliant story cant wait for the next one take care.

Yikes! not sure if I will go there at night! I heard quite a horrific tale about those woods the other day...I drove past recently & a weird patch of mist appeared that was hovering above the road just in the one place & this has happened before....spooky!

I have always been into radio, my first "wireless" was given to me by my aunt when I was only 4 years of age, an old valve set, could only get two stations back then in 1950, the 'Home Service' and the 'Light Program'. Many years later my father gave me a wireless that could get short wave, wow, that was wonderful, I could listen to all those shortwave stations from all over the world and also 'ham radio' from people like you Ray talking to others from everywhere, that was good although I never got into that like my son did with DX'ing. I particularly remember the broadcasting 'pirates' like Caroline in the mid 60's.
I now just listen to those old short wave stations on the liking of my Wi-Fi Internet Radio, Laptop or my Smartphone, still remember those Shortwave and Medium Wave days with a lot of nostalgia.

Thank you, Ray, for this extraordinary report. Did you see the mysterious girl Elizabeth again later? She wanted to stay longer in the forest with you when it got dark in the evening, but you were cold and drove away in your car. I wonder what would have happened if you had stayed with her in the forest.
When I was twenty years old, I experienced a difficult time. I didn't want to live any longer and wished to die. Then I had a dream at night: I saw a girl and was told: This girl is for you! If you end your life now, you will have to remain on earth as a ghost until your time runs out. Then you will have to watch as a spirit how this girl will suffer and how another will come who will destroy her. Watching this will be like hell for you. You will bitterly regret your death. If you stay alive, you will be able to meet her and be there for her. The two of you will then be very happy together.
After a few years, when I had a degree in computer science and was earning well, I went from Hamburg to Saint Petersburg in Russia, and there I found this girl. She was 19 years old and we fell in love. Today Natasha and I are a family with two children. Natasha then told me that when she was doing her ballet training in Minsk, she also saw me in a dream.
I am grateful that I am alive and that I can be with Natasha.

Just been looking at Clapham Parish church Burials from 1691 - 1901. Gods acre? They Certainly packed then in there.Must be standing room only now.Lol. An interesting read with a number of candidates with the popular name Elizabeth. Thinking on it's a good job you broke it off when you did or she may have taken you home to meet the family.TeeHee.

St. Elmo's fire was the term I was looking for, if the conditions are right, with no lightning arrestor. Low wattage transmitter, would look much like your lights.

Back in the 60's, I saw st. Elmo's fire playing around the wire fences on my Grandfathers farm. That was an eerie sight. Add to that the wire was resonating with the broadcast from WWVA. It happened at nights when the propagation was just right.
