Jibanyan T in YKW3 is literally impossible for new players to get now that the eshop shut down...
Unless they got a digital version of the game somehow.

u can if u trade or have a 3fs with cfw and download their dlc. 1st is the "legal" way to do it but the second seems more legit since u get to battle them and the opportunity of befriending them becomes more real
Scanny in ykw 1 is rare
