Met Brian tonight after the Oklahoma City Symphonic Band played this piece, he’s such great guy and wonderful composer/conductor. I have nothing bad to say about Brian.

This music reminds me so much of Robert W. Smith. He was a dear friend of mine. R.I.P.
A legend like him will never die
Great Locomotive chase?
I played one of his pieces in band
Can't be a railroad song without at least one trombone gliss 👌
I love the Tuba with the walking bass line
Playing it my freshman year as a flute 2.... It's easy when slowed down but holy crap my lungs 😂 still super fun to play!
Played this while mr balmages was conducting the 1st band at destination band camp😀
The concert was so good but the clarinet part sounded hard
gotta love the jazz part

Fs lol parts of this song remind me of mambo from symphonic dances
Rootin tootin type beat
How is this grade four. I play grade two music and I learned how to master this in less than two weeks 😅 (btw I’m on alto sax)
