I had an accident 6 days ago. I have a 3rd degree joint separation. The injury has really weakened me mentally and I am a good athlete. Radiology says my bone has shifted 11 mm upwards. I don't know if I need surgery yet. The doctor will tell me at the doctor's appointment in 3 days. How are you feeling? I saw from the RUclips comment that you are progressing without surgery, could you go back to lifting weights? Can you go to the gym? I have so many questions I want to ask, if you could get back to me, it would make me very happy.

Yes it took me a good year to be able to lift normally again without pain and restriction . That injury is no joke at all . Feel free to ask any more questions you may have along the way .

@@Brandon.Lee._ Do you still feel the bone pressing into your skin when you sleep or move, or do you forget about it completely?
Can you swim? And do you have any trouble swimming? Can you turn your arm completely?
Do you still have pain from time to time, or are you 100% back to where you were before the injury?
I could give you many examples, but I think the most obvious question is, is your life back to where it was before the injury?
If I bother you too much, please excuse me because I am in a very bad mental state.

@@Brandon.Lee._ This is a personal question, do you have any photos of your shoulder? Do you have an Instagram account or can you send photos directly? I just don't know how it will look after it heals. I think I need to work hard to gain both muscle and fat mass to make it less visible.
