I love the duck painting
I made my first sale on Ebay today!!!
Thanks for the inspiration to give this vintage re-selling a go
Yay!I love the ducks
A set of 4 of the Passaro World Market green plates with a bird on it just sold for $59.00. 😊🌺🍃 enjoyed!
I really really don't like shipping sets of plates ;-)
The only time it’s worth it is when I get wrapping bubble for free or dirt cheap because the cost of making sure they get to their destination not broken takes too much wrapping! It takes away from your profit
Glad you got the ducks flying. I found myself saying Yes, when you asked if you should get them. LOL 🤣
Keep the velvet paintings in Vegas along with Elvis.
The others were cool.
Bride and Gloom!! LOL
Wow is I can say that good will was nice enjoyed going with you. Maybe it is not later for to start up something at 82 years old .you give a person fever to try.
Lorraine, it's never too late! :)
Those world market plates a set of 4 sold for $49 and $39 respectively on Ebay. They were made in Portugal! I would have snatched them up, and despise shipping plates. LOL
"Carnage". I almost choked on my soda. :-)
A magic eraser works great for spoon marks
But it's more work! Time is money!
Another fun day shopping👋
Put the flap up on the cart and stuff won’t fall through the leg holes on the cart.
I usually do! I actually used to put my purse there but now wear a little backpack ;-)
Ha I never thought of that
I know, I was afraid of that too, with a vase in there, one bump and it falls through!
I really enjoy your videos!!!!
It’s like I’m going shopping too!!!
It is a total treasure hunt!!!
Thank you, you’re doing an awesome job!!!!
Recently discovered your channel and really enjoying your videos. Thanks for the knowledge on vintage items.
Welcome!
Just always a great video.i love watching the things you pick up and you really have great taste.you seem to have so much fun doing what you do.i would too.but can't wait until your next video.thank you and stay safe out there.
Love how much fun you are having; i enjoy shopping with you so much!
The duck pic was a little odd but decided I liked it. Glad you did too.👍
The ducks themselves were nicely done but the painting missed a lot of depth. Also the ducks were painted from different angles. Which is why it looks strange.
222 Fifth is made for Sachs Fifth Avenue outlet stores.
ha ha ha ha!!!! You and those "kitties" was so funny when you misspoke...glad I was listening through headphones! Great thrift finds!
Ooops forgot to edit didn't I? LOL!
@@TheNICHELady Hahahahahaha you sure did forget!! 😅
🍈🍈
You find the coolest stuff. I went to two thrift stores this a.m. and found nuthin!!
Jenny Witkop , Same here. Nothing, none, nada! ☹️
It was slim pickings today at my honey holes but did amazing over the weekend with auction items purchased for resale.
Love the kitties in the boxes. peacock mugs are pretty. I love the ducks painting. Great trip.
I love using saucers like you’re finding as coasters because they catch any of the moisture coming off the glass.
Hi d a n n i. I always look forward to your content
I LOVE that velvet mountain river painting!
You make me laugh and you find a lot of great stuff.
Good find with the Blenko bookends and a whole bunch of other goodies. 2 carts full!
Do you have videos of your booth? I will try to look back on your video list. Thank you for taking us thrifting with you. I am learning a lot. 😊. Linda from Texas
She said she was going to show it in part 2 but I never found it last week.
Made a video that will be up on Friday ;-)
I have a similar velvet painting listed. Good luck on yours.
Tm- found a vase, pressed glass with pale purple tinge from sun. Been researching for 3 days has kept me busy. Though t it was a Duncan and Miller. But was Tarentum glass circa ,1896, Harvard yard footed vase. Love it, was cheap and lm a sucker for solarized purple. I have learned so much from you! Wouldn't have even known where to start. Researching is the real fun!
Such a fun video! Thank you so much for going to all the trouble you go to (you wouldn’t probably call it that....) to video all of your “finds” and giving great information on many items. The Blenko bookends were great! 💕
You are so welcome!
I can’t click on your videos fast enough! They’re so much fun Danni!🥰
Love your videos my friend!! You found some great things!! You are a sweet person!! Love you and I love your channel!! Much love my friend!! God bless you and your family!! 💙💙🙏🙏🌺🌺🥰🥰❤️❤️💖💖🦋🦋😊😊🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢💖💖💖💖
Eat the Fruit Loops and get the Duck paintings, leave the velvet painting! Lol! Love your videos Danni.
I can't eat gluten unfortunately or believe me I would!
Fantastic video, as usual. Thank you.💜
Great video. I really like the way you go from shelf to shelf so that your viewers can see all the items.
Keep safe and well x
Thank you! You too!
Sometimes you can get the spoon marks out of the mugs with Barkeepers Friend.
Wowza!! Spectacular haul. 🥰
I was traveling back in time, sending mental messages to GET THE DUCKS! ;) I like it...for a vacation property at the lake or cabin setting, perfection!
I just found a treasure craft piece. I love it
Mexican velvet paintings, people always hawking those on the side of the road in early seventies Florida and elsewhere, good deal on luggage.
Completely agree, bride and bloom ... 😂
I use the odd ball saucers and little dishes for holding bars of soap and sos pads. If they get ruin I am not out slot of money and they look cute.
I personally like 222 Fifth and that particular peacock design is one I pick up for myself, so nice pick up there. I sell the brand occasionally but it depends on the design.
Love your enthusiasm!
A Maga thrift haul and Mega Shipping Day. GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT CONTENT. THUMBS-UP ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!
You missed the
Vintage 1970s 4 peice McCoy Pink & Blue Striped Canister Set pluss two or three other peices
Wowza, you got a ton of stuff!
Great shopping trip!!!!
Would love to see some of your floral arrangements!
I luv the duckies too👏
Hello! First time watcher lol. I just wanted to tell you that I’ve been able to get scratch marks out of dishes with a magic eraser...I used the dollar tree version and it worked. 😊😉
By the way, that black cat wine bottle is from World Market (I am sure there are other places that sell it, but I get them at World Market). It's a German Riesling, pretty good wine. They haven't had the black bottles in a while, though. I have a couple of silver ones from last year and I have seen a pink one this year (ewwww). I have to go back and see if they have any other colors this year. They also had an orange one a few years back.
They come in many different colors I have a couple of them I think a red one and an orange one as well as the black and I want to say I have a white one as well I kind to collect them I like cat stuff
@@lolothriftypickers7191 yep. It seems here they have different colors at different seasons, but they also change with the year. I have not seen a black one in a long time. I have seen other colors, but am waiting/hoping for the black to come back.
The ducks! Wonderful!!!
Picture of Santa in the train might be from the book “the little train that could “
Great video! .You bring the viewers right along with you. I do like the duck pic, Have a great day! New subbie here! 🙂
My mum loved Fruit Loops too. I hated them. I wanted Coco Pops. But Mum wouldn’t get them for me because they were “unhealthy” 😂…So I settled for Corn Flakes, Rice Bubbles, or Weet Bix.
The paintings are great there.
@19:55 Those top dishes always get broken. That’s why they end up at Goodwill most the time. Lol @21:18 I love that painting! There’s something about velvet that makes colors so vibrant!
Love 222 Fifth designs! I have several pieces.
Today I found a rumph mug in shape of a tree stump with a bird on top was pretty cool but looked like it was reglued sad I never heard of that name before looked it up and was shocked it was listed at $73 and up
Please show us your flower arrangements sometime . Love your channel all the way from South Africa 🌸
What a great haul. And im excited for your trip- last time you had to pass on some nice pieces!
That daisy pitcher was cute
Ues
Yes
You can buy replacement dishes for the warmers on Amazon at good prices
Great haul!!! Can we see your booth sometime?
Coming soon!
Bride and gloom....Waa-haa-haaaa. Oh, wait, my life.
It's a marble stone vase. I have two that are darker
14:09 I just bought that same owl here in a thrift store in Austin.
Can you believe they are remaking the soup recipe cups/mugs!!! Got a set for Christmas lol
Great buts. Good for goodwill to give u tubs for ur stuff
Try using a magic eraser in cups with spoon scuffs to remove scuffs.
Our Goodwills are small. You have a lot to chose from.
I find that a heat gun or a blow dryer helps to get the tape off without ruining the item.
I'd never seen the Woodstock item...I couldn't see the price marked on that box, but looked them up. They are the 50th anniversary of Woodstock cups. Looked like an easy-to-ship item with some profit if GW had them priced reasonably. Another commenter said they are a casino giveaway...even so, not everyone lives in Vegas and something as popular with the Boomers or collectors as Woodstock makes those potentially a nice little pick up, IMO. Cannot wait to hear about that wild, large teapot in your cart...never seen anything like that!!!
Really enjoying your channel!! Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Those ducks are totally quackers!
Our Goodwill's refuse to sell us unpriced items. It really stinks.
That does stink!
Now i want to go to goodwill and buy so much stuff i don't have room for
Why didn't you pick up the vintage green vase. Best piece yet!
Only about a $15 - 20 piece
Danni, this was a great haul. I look forward to your videos. If ever in Florida, hit me up. We have thrift stores everywhere but we own one as well. Come take a look if you ever make it here.
@justforyou where in Florida is your thrift store?
@@ornella3700 791 S. Babcock Street Melbourne 32901. Come check us out if you are ever in town🙃. In the Pink Thrift.
When l hear a song l like l look it up and play it.
I'd have said no to the ducks. Student work, although quite well done. Edited to add, only amateurs and students use those painting boards. I know, I've been both.😉 I like how you don't rush with the camera on the shelves, there's actually time for us to look! 👍😊
Norwex cleaning paste takes the spoon marks out of cups.
I liv the things you pick and show the Price
I think the Goodwill separates the bowls from the burners like the Scentsy burners and sell them separately but I never seem to find the bowls at mine either or perhaps they just get broke and all they're left with is just the burners or perhaps they throw them away because there's wax stuck in them
I agree! Grrrr I wish they would figure out how important they are!
Great haul but goodwill is ridiculous with the music, the pricing & some of the stuff they sell. But I love the finds too so what is a girl to do ? 😊
I think a mass email to corporate might help a little if we do it every week 😉
I would think just baking soda or bon ami would take those surface marks off. Those shouldn't scratch the surface.
Great stuff!!! It was fun!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Use a blow dryer to remove tags and tape without damage
That one lamp could have come from Liberace’s house.
Those tubs would be great to leave empty/nested in the back of your car with some wrapping materials, and have them be the safe holders of your fragile stuff for the trip home after your multiple scores. Very nice of them to donate them to you. :)
I usually do have a few tubs back there ;-)
The NICHE Lady. LOL I’m not surprised at all. 😊
Wow! Great haul. The pricing there, as you said was”great.” We all need “some greens”. Lol
Keep going Mama
I think there was a Rae Dunn on the first shelf.
They still make fruit loops you can go and get some!
I should have clarified, I can't eat them due to health reasons.
Sooooo many mugs!!!
I caught that freudian slip on are the "kitties" worth $10.00? 🤣😁
DANNI OMG 😳 I almost spit my water when you were asking how much for the kitties. Guess what? You didn’t edit it.
I'm sad you left the cute dragon picture :-( It was sooo adorable
Yeah he was super cute but just not worth listing ;-(
I think the missing lid conspiracy is really the fact that lids drop/get broken so people donate the remainder. I like the bottoms for succulent posts
Spoon scratches come out with Bar Keepers Friend
