Akane , nickname Gorilla is a big eater, she needs to replace the energy she burns off playing the way she does. Akane's stage 'fuel' is a banana or two and it became a ritual on the US tours of Akane's 'banana time' , she even autographed the peel and threw it into the audience. In the same way that Misa's beer can opening time beacame a stage ritual.
*Puzzle* is one of my all time favorite *BAND MAID* songs.

There are so many inside jokes in this fandom. Akane beats the drums like a gorilla, and like a gorilla she likes bananas.
In reality, she plays those drums a lot and that requires a lots of fuel, so she’s a fairly prolific eater. You’ll often see her eating in videos, it’s a whole thing.
There is a "Shambles drums only" video with them extracted so you can cheat but it's a false friend because you then can't ignore the incredible subtleties and have to reproduce them.

There isn't really a puzzle when it comes to Band-Maid, just excellent music! Check out the acoustic version of this song, it has a much different emotional feel I think you will love!

They have done anime (Different) and been in a couple movies and played a song for the Genchin Impact Concert. they are unpredictable. They did an acoustic concert for Christmas and have an alter ego... more on that later. Enjoy!
As to the bananas: Akane ears them during shows for the calories as well as the potassium. They play 2hr+ shows and she burns through both in large amounts. Her eating of bananas is so ubiquitous that her self-styled nickname is "the Gorilla."

Pick any one. There are 3 kinds of BandMaid songs. 1) EPIC 2) Great! 3) First listen - It's not a bad song. Pretty good. Subsequent listens - What the hell was I thinking? This song is Great!
You know why? They don't release mediocre stuff. They release EPIC music cause they're an EPIC band. To paraphrase Deon Sanders you don't do basic shit if you got EPIC people!
Hermano, check out The Warning. They are a trio of sister from Monterrey. They are also rockers and will even be having a concert with Band-Maid on June 12, 2024 in Tokyo. They are fast becoming famous lately.

@@TheOneLTReacts Rock music! Good rock music! :) Although, I prefer Band-Maid now, I discovered them before Band-Maid. Maybe check out Choke or S!ck? I think they even just released a new lyric video of a new track just yesterday called Burnout. They normally sing in English but they have 3 Spanish songs now: Narcisista, Martirio and Que Mas Quieres.
One of my favorites from them. Amazing talent and great live performances. Similar to one of my other favorite bands, Tool, in that they are both extremely technically proficient and also include a lot of timing changes, done spectacularly. I'd put these ladies up against any of the Legends of Rock/Metal and they would certainly hold their own. Ironic how an all-female band from Japan is doing more than their part to keep the flame of Rock lit.

Daydreaming is a very good song, as the 100 others hahaha. You should also check the 2 other versions of Puzzle, both live, the acoustic one with Kanami and Saiki and the one with Saiki solo piano from their 10th Anniversary show last November. Just to see the extent of their talent. But after Daydreaming check the instrumental, Onset and From Now On

Top drumming by Akane (who eats bananas during shows) totally controlling this song- So many half time and double time changes with single and double notes on the snare. Not too difficult, but used in the right places- genius.
