Pipe brackets and boom cracks also due to pipeline blockages and high pressure pumping where the line wants to "straighten up" at all bends under high pressure.
@@AWS-lh3rn so we definitely have seen structural cracking incurred during travel, which is why we now outfit all of our new rigs with air ride as you mentioned. Pipe hangers, we have never actually had issue with in our market as the mixes are very gentle and quite honestly we don’t ever really pump all that fast.
Interesting video. It sounds like Putzmeister is the Cadillac of concrete pump trucks. I would suspect the technology costs offsets the increases in efficiency and less downtime.
@@lotkopotko First 56Z in North America with the full-flex/ISA system. First machine in our region with the iLS pumping cell. You guys get all the good stuff typically like 5-10 years prior to when we ever do 😂😂😂
@@canadianconcretepumper1979 our 36 has the new pump kit and its so smooth and boom dosent move as much. And it has the same outrigger thing makes the placing the machine in tight spots alot easier. And the one stick drive is kinda good but ill always drive it with just normal controlls. I can send some photos if you are interested.
Sweet features.. Just the paint job has no pizzaz, Like the other pumps on display which are just striking to the eye. all that beautiful scenery in your neck of the woods. You could of hit a home run paint job. I woulda loved to hear the paint design behind that Navy blue pump. Those guys nailed it.
Your gonna need an in-house IT guy for all the "systems" on it 😂. How long before AI is running the pump while the operator naps in the cab. 99 out of 100 operators don't know what an accumulator is or does, yet putz thinks they will learn all these systems. I know, I know. I'll stop now. Can't wait to work on these should be interesting. Thanks for the show Scott.✌️

Without a doubt., a dream when new, but with exponentially rapid evolution technology, you better have jobs lined to cash in such a massive investment up early in its life before the technology becomes obselete and spare parts become NLA from suppliers.
I wish I could have been there. I was the operator that was on their video. Its a great system!!!! Love the pump.
Fantastic walk through, looking forward to seeing this unit in action 😊.
Pipe hangers also snap bolts from driving the pump down the road,,, if you don’t have air ride suspension

I checked that out when we were there. Very impressive machine. I was looking for you but wasnt able to find you.
Lot of cool stuff in that Scott Sutherland
Well done men!!

AMAZING

We need that system in our crane trucks come on Elliot or altec!

Can you show the switch in the cab that limits the rear steer in a future video

Beautiful pumps but those trucks... I guess there's no option to buy one with some civilized truck like Volvo or Mercedes in America?
