I am new and struggling with learning my color codes on springs when trying to match with you but I’ll get there! Thank you for your detailed instruction along the way. So appreciate you!
thank you for the feedback! My reformer is balanced body so if the red spring is concerned a 1 then blue is 1/2 of that and yellow is 1/4 of that. But each reformer is a little different so it’s good to just play around with the spring weight and see what works for you. Thanks for watching 😊
