    Dr. Pillai guides you through a Guided Karma Removal meditation technique to remove bad karma and change your thought pattern.
    Every since I started to teach in this lifetime about 40 years ago, I have always insisted on one thing, and that is also the secret of my avatar. That one thing I have insisted on is karma. Again karma is not a metaphysical law. You do something and as a result of it you have an effect - cause and effect are really what we mean by karma.

    I am going to lead you through a meditation. This is a very powerful mediation, and I have never taught this before, and I want this meditation to you to get rid of your karma.
    Close your eyes.
    Feel the entire brain, the frontal lobe which corresponds to the forehead, the right brain, the left brain, the top of the brain, the back of the brain which is the cerebellum area, and also go deep inside. See the brain stem and look at the midbrain sitting on the brain stem is the thalamus and the pituitary gland, the primitive brain.
    Even by looking at the brain, psychologically, you are activating a lot of neurons. You just put electrodes there and you can see activities. Just by focus you can activate the neurons in a dramatic way. That’s what you are doing.
    Focus attention on the brain. You have health karma that results in diseases, old age, the decay of the system, the biological system. You have money karma which results in financial hardships for most people. You have relationship karma with your spouse or partner or with others. All these contribute to the content. You have a content in your mind or brain, and that content is your karma.
    Thought watching is a very important technique in the Buddhist tradition. At one time thoughts will disappear and you will have what is called insight as thoughts now cloud your superconsciousness. If thoughts are karmic, but insight is not karmic. Insight is your real self.
    I am going to give you 2 versions.
    For those who are not personally, emotionally, intellectually involved with me and my teachings, will do the first version which is just use the sound Om. Om simply means the sum total of consciousness - waking, dreaming, sleeping, and the higher states of consciousness beyond the waking, dreaming, and sleeping states. You hold on to this sound Om and put it inside the midbrain.
    I am going to chant Om and put it inside the midbrain and the pineal gland.
    Om
    Now hold on to this sound Om and put it inside the midbrain. Let it go and fill the midbrain area empowering the entire brain, entire consciousness. Keep on repeating Om. If other thoughts come, push them out. Come back to Om. Keep on thinking. You need a little bit more energy to stay together, collect all your energy, and then stay on Om. You need some concentration.
    Om
    Put it inside the midbrain. If thoughts come, push them out. You are not going to allow any thought to interfere.
    Om will erase your karma, your karmic deposits in the brain. If thoughts come, push them out. Stay on to the sound Om.
    Focus attention on the middle part of the brain, the midbrain, the thalamus and the pineal gland. If thoughts come, push them out.
    Second version
    Now in this second version, you will just stick with this sound:
    Om Siva Satguru Babaya Swaha
    Put it in the midbrain, inside the thalamus, inside the pineal gland.
    Keep on thinking mentally.
    If thoughts come, push them out.
    Om Siva Satguru Babaya Swaha
    Keep your attention on the sound. Push thoughts out if they interfere. Put your attention on the midbrain, the thalamus, and the pineal gland. Keep on thinking the sound
    Om Siva Satguru Babaya Swaha
    Feel your karma being released from the brain, your health karma, money karma, relationship karma.
    Now this new meditation is going to be immensely helpful to change your karma and then also to structure a very fulfilling karma. You need karma anyway, otherwise there won’t be life. You will be completely empty.
    In order to live life you need karma, thought forms, experiences. This meditation will do that. Erase bad karma and put good karma in its place.
    Now relax.
    Slowly, slowly come back to yourself. Take your time.
