I can't do any of these options because it's a work PC and apparently I'm not an administrator so I don't have permission.

I followed all step. Everything was same except when it show at last where it says problem detected and need to restart the window.
In this video there was another line which says it fixed. But on my it didnot say anything and I am not able to connect again ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
