It has nothing to do with religious beliefs. These subjects should be taught when kids reach a certain age.

My siblings and I grew up in church and my mother and grandmother did not play that mess. I guess it really depends on the individual 😢

As a victim myself, watching these is hard but it is preparing me to know how to protect my children should I have any.

I don’t feel safe in this situation I’m in anymore. I’ve never been treated so inhumanely and inappropriately in my life. I’ve been made sick, poisoned, tortured, followed around, provoked to the point of getting a heart attack. I feel so uneasy in my own personal space, it feels like it’s been intruded on over and over again and I have no say about it. I don’t feel good. I’m not happy.

Hi there! Thanks so much for sharing your story. I can tell by the tone of your voice that you're such a sweet and genuine person. I'm so happy to see how far you've come, how you reclaimed back your life and have written two books. You really made something so beautiful come from something so horrendous.
I would just like to encourage you to report all those who abused you, your cousin and your two exes, to Law Enforcement. People who commit such heinous crimes as they all did, should be held accountable. Reporting them should also prevent them from harming anyone else ever again, especially a child/minor.
I know some people think that if sexual abuse happened awhile ago, the Statue of Limitations to report it is over. But 14 States as of a few years ago, did away with this Statue of Limitations, so now anyone who was sexually assaulted as a child/minor from these States can report their sexual abuse and receive justice, no matter how long ago the abuse took place. I'm sure since a few years ago, even more States have joined in this needed and Noble cause. 🙂

The world is an evil place. To purposely prey on a family that has been abandoned by the father is so sick and twisted. People like this is why hell is a thing.
