Thank you for the ride! It sure is beautiful country there. I just ordered an Addmotor trike, can't wait to try it out. Great to get a preview here. Same issue here, getting older and can't hike like I used to, but I still want to see the great outdoors.
When I was only able to walk 100-200 yards in my Stand-up walker, I knew I had to do something. I first looked at E-Chairs and Scooters. Way to expensive! So I went with the Trike. So far so good!
If you use just the throttle how many miles can you get on a charge I'm a fellow RUclipsr and I am trying to figure out if I could make it to the scrap yard and back home on a charge
On a flat road, no hills, I think about 16-20 miles per charge. I think you would get bored using just the throttle. I like using gear #2-#3 to get a leg work out. I get 30-40 miles, on a charge even while going up and down hills.
@@ExploringSitkaAlaskausin-wj4wu I don't have the use of my legs to pedal but I think I'm going to have to get in touch with the company because It's 25 miles away from my house so I might need an extra battery
I have been told it will travel about 20 miles on battery only. Much further with peddle assist (60-80) miles. That is on flat terrain. I am not expecting nearly that far on trails, hills, or cold weather.
