Did you see the judges face when the penny dropped that the chain of evidence is so dodgy and what went infront of the grand jury was suspicious. I had it on my big TV screen and he was literally mouth wide open shock.

This witness said he was not the main guy with the call detail records, so was the lead a FBI? If so, why isn't the FBI testifying? It seems like too much is left out, because this witness was not the expert. Maybe the FBI just refused?

The prosecution should either give the defense the disclosure as required by law, or abandon the case.
Idaho has a history of screwing up major cases like this my guess is they screwed up somewhere down the line and they are trying to bury that screw up. They are used to only being accountable to themselves and only answer to themselves.

Every part of the process should be recorded for purpose of clarity. This witness showed there was zero reason for him to reset the software. He should have saved it! End of story. It should not have been shown to the grand jury when there is no trail of how they made the documents!

The system isn't supposed to "work against" anyone. The system is required to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt to convict someone of a crime. Every US citizen has a right to due process. If you think people should be convicted based on the court of public opinion, then maybe you should move to North Korea.

You know what I would say if I was living in Pullman and they asked for my alibi from 4 til 4:30 and I was distressed because let's say I didn't remember...I would say oh but for sure that's not me driving around for almost an hour in circles, parking, and doing a three point turn to park again to show what my ultimate destination was (a tucked away residential neighborhood 10+ miles away where I claim no connection to anyone there 18 months later even). I would beg for more time but I'd at least say that's definitely not me like you claimed it was in the PCA and I need no video to show me that it's not me because I don't lurk/case places like Richard Ramirez with a slightly better form of transportation. That would be my beginning of refuting info on the PCA that said I was right there. Then I'd give an actual alibi.

There’s nothing shady. Defense simply wants cell phone data info to get another crack at an alibi. They want to see that evidence to build their lies around it. They need to brush up on rules of evidence and its procedures.

This hearing was wild. Look at the judge at minute mark 24min. The penny drops for him - the witness admitted to deleting his log of work which is wild when dealing with a DP evidence log. Wild. And the judge knows it.

The defendant only waived his right to a speedy trial because they was waiting for the discovery from the prosecution to be turned over to them. And just look at this last hearing, the detective found cell phone records that he’s had for awhile and had forgotten them. Whether the suspect is guilty or not, is not important right at this time we can get to that later on but why and how this detective forgot that these records where turned over to him and wasn’t turned over to the prosecution so that they can turn those over to the defense after all this time, is not acceptable imo.

AT is doing what defense attorneys do... but why isn't all this in the framework of a trial??? If they have the evidence that we think they have - DNA, phone, and car... this case isn't going to be very complex. The complexity becomes trying to keep jurors focused on the facts and evidence, and not get confused by the smoke screens. My opinion - he's guilty as sin. Why did he do it? Getting a PhD and an eventual prestigious job would prove all his bullies and naysayers wrong. His relationship with WSU was deteriorating (proven by emails that have been attained through FOIA requests), and his education was derailing. He snapped. It's way easier to believe BK did this than to believe in any conspiracy. And conspiracy for what purpose? None. You would have to believe the Moscow police, the Idaho State Police and the FBI are in on it. And for what? It's a joke.

She won't be ready until the prosecution finally complies with their legal obligations to turn over the discovery and the evidence from the 2022 PCA. That's how trials work.

dec.29,2022-searchwarrant(b.kohberger),inventory,exhibits.pdf > including a gun, a knife and a black face mask, surgical gloves - which are odd items but can be still be explained away in Court with some inventful maneuvering I said to myself it's not looking good for Mr Kohberger
But when Pennsylvania State found one of the victims identifications in a small tin box in the guest room he was sleeping in i thought to myself this guy is totally done

From my understanding (they really needed someone to show the computer program at work), what the investigator did I think makes sense. Like the data itself wasn't deleted, just the settings/session on the software wasn't saved. The data wasn't altered or deleted, it was just put into a software that reads the data and makes it look nice and that activity wasn't saved.
Now I'm not sure how investigations go or if you're supposed to screen record everything an investigator does, but it doesn't seem like its relevant to the argument of 'they didn't turn everything over'.

Everybody is like what is she doing? well her job...yes, she is but she is a narcissist F of a lawyer, she almost saying that the expect is an idiot...I work with lawyers and I study law too and it is a tactic. That is how they do it and because the accused studied law too he knows all those tricks. Unfortunately for the families of the victims. There will be a trial eventually but it could be at the end of the year.

What did this guy actually do pertaining to this case? I’m confused! He lost, didn’t get, filed mishandled and has a certificate in how to make simple tasks into an absolute mess! Now that we are able to watch real live trials, Im astounded at the amount of repetitiveness over every little detail, every question or answer has a sense of conspiracy behind it...🙄🙄 Everything is dissected until there is barely any admissible information left. All the evidence or testimonies that the jury are not allowed to hear is insane. There is way too much wasted time for such ridiculous reasons . Im extremely disappointed in our judicial system☹

The amount of time & resources wasted (especially on the guilty ones) is just unacceptable.
There should be a firm deadline, for his complete alibi, one week before the deadline for ALL of the trial evidence. Otherwise, the defense is just going to make up an alibi to fit the evidence. This judge has no balls.

Because when he asked Bryan how he pleads.. Bryan stayed quiet. He declined to enter a plea on his own behalf. The judge had to enter a plea on his behalf and he can’t enter a guilty plea on his behalf because of the “innocent until proven guilty” situation in a court of law.

The prosecutor had the right guy and it was a huge mistake to not make them prove it in a speedy trial.
