at 3:17 this message on the floor is a message from Blaiid left to you, NPC's can left messages on the floor same as players but when a NPC does, the message has more sfx effects to draw your attention.

Another great video! Hey, just in case you haven’t found it yet, there actually is another Grace and with it a branching path from Nokron that you can take into a whole other area that’s absolutely worth exploring (and involves D’s and Fia’s questlines if you’re doing those). Near the Ancestral Woods of Nokron, up the hill behind the platform where the woman sings and the men congregate, look for ghost jellyfish floating around - and go towards the jellyfish. They will guide you.

I really like how the devs put a floating giant rocks spiral to allow us to find Nokron easily, really appreciate it, although I really didn't pay attention nor understood what the cinematic was telling me I still found the place thanks to it
Haha so true! Can you imagine trying to figure it out otherwise, the stress! I feel like my rocks looked pretty hidden in the mist because of the time of day though I almost thought it was a glitch 😂
@@Toadmiilk Yes, in my case I was roaming around during daylight and there was no mist, so I saw them clearly from far away, your keen eyes spotted that through the mist, that's impressive!

Another great video and so much fun seeing you so rannis questline, it’s one of my favorite questline I’ve done in the game. And Nokron is so unique and interesting Since you give ranni the finger flesh blade thing, I think the third tower over there the wall has come down so you can enter. You’re doing amazing and enjoying the video!!

The giant balls have the exact same weakness as the werewolves in bloodborne, tiny doorways. You found the infamous mimic tear ashes, you know the one thing tougher than a toad? 2 toads kicking ass. Lightning spear was one of favourite ranged spells, along with frenzy burst. The frenzy burst has slightly better range and doesn't miss as often but both are good. Another great video with only one small complaint though, no Bumi cameo.
You know the sound of two of me fighting my way through Elden ring does sound tempting 🤔 I might just have to try them out. I think I’ve grown attached to my Wolfpack but would be cool to try something new! I haven’t tried Frenzy burst yet, sounds great especially if it doesn’t miss as often. Will keep an eye out for it! As for Bumi, I’m sure he’ll be around again soon 😂 thanks Lee and hope you have a great week!

I destroyed Godrick and started using the Claymore and was feeling really good but unfortunately life got in the way and I didn't keep up on that momentum. It will come. I'm working on completing Miles Morales at the moment so it feels like there's less games in progress at the same time - especially since it's a tiny bit more finite. I think because ER is so open I find that overwhelming sometimes too, because I want to make the most of my time. Genuinely watching this series though keeps the fire in my heart alive to explore the lands between and especially this one and your legendary defeat of Radaan has got me itching to go back. Have you done the stonesword dungeon back at the beginning by the way? I bet that'd be fun to blaze through now you're superduper powerful 💪 I don't think you have but I can't remember... Thank you my week has been good so far and almost the weekennnnnd 🎉

Edit: Oh yeah! I just remembered why Blaidd isn't there during the Nokron quest, and it's also the same reason Ranni says "Ah, it was thee, not Blaidd it seemeth" Basically you and Blaidd and also everyone else serving Ranni are all competing to find the hidden treasure of Nokron and be her champion. Blaidd is basically just a friendly competitor, and you won!
Hey! I didn’t know it was a competition I just thought they were extremely loyal to her and serving her. That sucks though, Blaidd is one of my fave characters :( hope you catch the rest of the playthrough I’m pretty far into it now!
Haha, that hole down to Nokron was not obvious for me to find. I was sure the star fell somewhere up on the Altus Plateau, I don't know why I thought that but I did. I only later stumbled upon it as I was checking in on Height at his fort to see if his questline had furthered and felt a little bit stupid. Also, this just popped into my head; I mapped my flasks to the pouch that you access by holding triangle and using the D-pad. I love Bloodborne having a dedicated heal-button and I'm always having too much stuff equipped, forgetting about it and then panicking at a boss when I keep chuggin' the wrong flask because I only register the drinking animation, thinking I had healed. I have seen some other players do this also and you'll get used to the change in no time since it's so much better than having them on your belt with everything else. You might have already done the switch or tried it since I'm still a little bit behind on your uploads but if you haven't then you might at least want to try it for a bit. It takes about a minute to readjust to the change and then you'll wonder why this wasn't the default for the flasks :)

I might try that out actually, thank you for letting me know. I can imagine it will save me a lot of time. @@Toadmiilk it is totally possible that you might not like the change, so don't force it but it is worth a try at least. It took me only a couple of mispresses and about 10 minutes of playing before I was certain that it suited me better. It might feel a little bit awkward at first since you have to let go of the left stick but since you still come to a crawl during the drinking animation it's so slight that you wont notice. I also like to dual wield (power stance) and the flask change helped me get better at switching hands to make use of both of my weapon skills and made it more natural to switch hands on horseback (if you hold triangle and press L1 on horseback you switch to the item/weapon in your left hand and vice versa)
@@Toadmiilk Sorry for the spam, but it just occurred to me that I haven't really seen you try dual wielding. In case you didn't know; if you equip the same weapon-type (like two straight swords, two great swords, two spears etc) in both left and right hand then you get a special attack with both weapons mapped to L1 and it is mighty powerful since it inflicts the full damage of both weapons and it has it's own cool move set and combo. There are no special requirements for this other than that you be able to use each of the weapons one-handed for full damage. If you haven't tried this then you should! :D
@@Spellfork ah yes, so with dual wielding I haven’t at the moment as a lot of the katanas I have are intelligence based, and I didn’t want to waste smithing stones on them for my build. I’ve basically been waiting to find the perfect partner for my katana. I have found a weapon recently though that might be a good fit so we shall see how that works out with my uchigatana!!
