- The G80 M3 and G82 M4 are incredibly quick out of the box, especially the xDrive model with it's impressive launch capability.
But the S58 has much more potential than BMW are utilising, and thats where we come in to unleash the true power of the mighty twin turbo inline 6, taking it from an 11s 1/4 mile to a 9s, all on regular tyres, pump fuel and full weight.
We have worked hard on this package to be able to provide a true daily driver setup, with no sacrifices to drivability or reliability. Fill up at your normal petrol station and the car can produce some serious numbers whenever needed.

@@EvolveAutomotive well i have a map for 98ron with 730hp and one with 40% ethanol 806hp/1080nm so i would definitely say that engine love E85
It does, and an E40 tune is a great way to get easily in to a 9s 1/4 mile, but here in the U.K. that means ordering cans and storing your own fuel.
France has nice roads but too many speed traps..
S58 platform is insane.

9's without any ethanol is very encouraging for this platform.
the s58 engine is a masterpieace but all the plastic parts are making me go crazy the plastic turbo inlet pipe god damn do they know how hot turbo gets.
We’ve personally stress tested these Eventuri inlets with no issue.

Great work Imran! What kind of gains would you estimate if one did the same mods but kept the stock cats? I also have the option to run an E mix with an ethanol content analyzer and custom tune.

This was in dyno spec, take the spacers off so the car doesn’t rub under full load with the car strapped down!

UK fuel is 99 RON which is marginally more than most us 93. It’s just over 94 us equivalent
Yes, we have achieved the same on 93 Octane, it’s just a little harder 😅
I'm very curious, these mods got the vehicle to 9.94, but in your video after it made over 1000, draggy times said it made the quarter in 10.4. That seems impossible to me.
I think Imran and the Evolve guys ARE the S58 guru's.. So, for those of us planning (maybe dreaming) of becoming customers - do you think the CS/CSL shift/tranny software is adequate (as compared to XHP) ????? thanks.
CS/CSL is great but if chasing .1s then XHP has a lot more customisation
Could you do some tests for s58 with wagner intake manifold with integrated bigger intercooler in the future? What sort of power it can make on stage 2 with wagner and without and will it improve 100-200 and 1/4 mile time?

Curious - ever thought of doing a turbo inlet for the B58?
Is there any method which makes the cleaning of the intake system easier? I don't want to take apart half of the engine bay every 5.000 kilometers to clean the air filters, that's the only reason I haven't bought the Eventuri system for my car. I'm an M4 F82 owner.

The torque went from 435 ft-lbs to 645, that’s about 210 more, not 153, right?

We haven’t, not sure any M4 CSL owners have unlocked their ECU yet! Power results would be the same, but being RWD the 1/4 mile would be much slower
Imran, I’ve got an F97 with your MSS suspension, Eventuri airbox intake and now an Active Autowerke midpipe. It’s a 2021, regarding the FEMTO unlock, as it’s hovering around $1200US plus 7-10 days vehicle downtime before you even purchase your software and tune, have you heard any rumors of a FEMTO unlock service becoming available in the US?
Can’t see things changing for the foreseeable future but would love to be wrong
Do you produce any intakes for E46 325i?
So is this road legal in the UK with the downpipes?
Would you do a stage “3” hybrid turbo set up to see what power / times you can get out of it before building the engine?
That’s a setup we’ll revisit at a later date, for now we are focusing on absolute power.
I’m trying to figure out exhaust setup, coming from f80 I’m a bit reluctant to go catless dp as they made s55 sound terrible. I really like your supersprint midpipe video. Imran your in cabin footage, is that with active sound disabled?
We have not disabled active sound on this car

Hi, very impressive! Curious what these modifications would cost and how long it takes to carry out? Also, would this invalidate any part of the manufacturers warranty? I've 2.5 years (30 months) of manufacturers warranty left and cautious about making any changes that may invalidate it.

Any modifications may invalidate your warranty, if you’re at all worried keep your car standard.
On your dynograph, why are your torque and bhp lines wavey, where the stock cars lines are flat and smooth with no steps ? Can you feel this stepped power in the cars performance ?
We didn’t run the dyno but no it pulls smoothly on the road

Hi Evolve, would it be possible to push the stock block as far as possible before the engine build. I think this can make for interesting content. How much power can the stock head, block and sump take before bending a rod or breaking a piston? In South Africa many guys run big power on stock blocks but never reveal the true reliability of this... Few years ago N55s will run around with 320kw on the wheels and be somewhat reliable or thats what people say???
We already know the rods are as weak as the F90 ones. Others can break the engines. We will upgrade well before that.
This will sound a bit mad and probably get down-voted, but can you do a detune map for fuel economy, alongside the performance mapping i.e. an eco mode? 80% of most people's driving is cruising. I imagine an Eventuri intake with miserly fuel usage could be effective for extending range, for long trips.
The OEMs focus so much on this that there isn’t really anything to gain.
You can do the 320d mod.
You take it in to your local dealer and they'll even give you some money back!!

Here in the US we have 93 what do you estimate the time to be when running that fuel?
It'll be close to the time they're running. 99 ron is equivalent to about 94 octane here in the US. So 93 octane with a small amount of octane booster will be more than enough to get you to this time, if not better.
We have a customer who achieved the same on 93 octane - M3_James on IG

@@chrissmith-rv5ro Oh that's true. Very few stations have them, but I think I have seen one or two in Florida. I am sure you can find an app that will tell you. Or just run a blend of E85 and make even more power - a lot of stations have E85. I'm sure these cars can at least do E30 or E40 without doing anything to the fuel system, right?

What boost pressure is the car running? A lot of people saying the charge cooler splits above 30psi, is this really the case?
The charge cooler has been found to be a weak point, but this setup is perfectly safe for standard charge cooler as shown with all our testing.
Would these down pipes fit on the M performance exhaust for the g82?

TESCO MOMENTUM 99 is the daddy, ESSO 99 is dead fuel. This car with the white wheels is the daddy.
We do a lot of testing and currently we have found Esso 99 to be the most consistent.
Don't need most of that crap they are trying to sell to get into the 9 sec range...
Costly air filers to replace. And no hp benefit.

Hey do you have carbon induction kit for N52 for a E,85 Z4
I am getting the G87 M2 with 6-speed manual. I would like to do a mild tune, maybe max 500 WHP. Anything more and it would be insane for a real wheel drive car. What do you guys recommend?
Sounds sensible, M4 CSL style tune is probably what we’ll be aiming for. We can tailor it for whatever power you’re after really, change torque curves for better drivability etc
