Similar situation with a Navien tankless water heater -- I had narrowed the problem down to the control board, but wanted Navien's technical assistance to confirm that before I spent $200 on the board. The only way to get technical assistance to even speak to me, was if I fibbed and claimed to be a professional plumber. Once I got through, he quickly confirmed my suspicions with his diagnostic flow-charts, and sent me a free board! And they say that dishonesty never pays...
You have to have a "professional license" to buy a washing machine part? Was this one of the new stealth models that are ITAR compliant or something? Lol
You didn't have parts? Unbelievable! I didn't think there was such a thing. (He says, even though he has no clue about parts variability in clothes washers. I was only being silly.) About the commercial license comment. Since I guess you have a business license, is this comment about a license from that specific manufacturer? (I have no clue.)

ITAR washing machines, I like you😂
Front loaders are special needs washers.
Had to do a similar repair on my parent’s washing machine. I’m trying to convince them to get a used Speed Queen
Happened to our washer back home. I used some scotch seal on the hose when i reinstalled it tho
So glad front styld machines arent common in the US
Oi you got a loicense for that washer?
Please make a video on that hydronic air seperator you made
I'll think twice before I buy a Whirlpool because I don't have a licens
Day 3 of asking for a video of that hudronic air seperator. Pleasee
I swear there's no rhyme or reason to fasteners on appliances. Maybe they're in bed with the tool companies to make you buy more bits 🧐

Its nothing fancy or prolonged like HVAC, plumbing or electrical. You just send manufacturer an application with fee and they send you back license.
Replay the tray! You almost sounded drunk lol.. I know you're not but thought it sounded funny
Whirlpool should go back to the direct drive machines. This thing is a pos compared to those.
That’s not going to happen so go with speed queen
@BrycePensabene yep. Or go used.
