Crazy how rent has shot up in Zone 2 in the last 5 years. Thanks for sharing the breakdown. I would have loved to have this information before we moved years ago :D

..And there are no signs of it decreasing/staying as is despite exodus of some banks 😅 Bet it increased dramatically post-pandemic!

@@heywheresbb Unfortunately, that's true. Rent rates went down during the pandemic when everyone was leaving London. Then it shot back up post-pandemic when offices wanted people to physically show up at work :D

Asian store closest to us is Tian Tian Market. 🙂 We occassionally go to Oseyo in Soho/Battersea/Islington and of course Earl’s court area when we’re out of stock of some Filipino goodies 😊 Thank you for watching 🤍
