No, we did not take travel insurance for Sri Lanka... it is not a mandatory requirement

How to get ETA for sri Lanka on arrival visa please tell me
Srilanka eta validity start 30 days from 1st arrival/ landing??? or from date of approval???
It starts from the intended day of travel that you put in the form so if everything is as per your plan, the eta validity will start from that date i.e. your 1st arrival date 😊

My travel paln of Sri lanka is in July , I stay here only 24 hrs we require visa or transit visa on arrival pls tell
Please check their official site for such details. According to us they had free visa only till March 2024, not syre if they have extended. Otherwise you will need visa if you want to go out of the airport...
Is it mandatory to fillup arrival card online or I can fill up it after arrival at colombo
Hey! Arrival card has to be filled on arrival in Colombo, you will get it at the airport. You don’t have to fill it online. However ETA you have to take online before arriving Sri Lanka! It will be checked at Indian airport as well as Sri Lankan airport so do apply for it!

Hi hum dubai ja rahe hai with shreelanka airline colombo me 12 hour ka time hai . Hame 12 hour me colombo city ghumani hai to visa kaise apply kare 1 day ka visa hota hai kya
Hello! According to us 1 day ya more than one day visa ka cost same hi hoga...aap ek baar site me check kar lijiye kyunki recently Sri Lanka visa ka kuch naya rule bhi aaya hai which is valid till March, shayad visa fee nahi hai... Please check once on their official site

No, it is not! You should carry your vaccination certification, although no one asked us for that...

Can anyone tell me the total cost of delhi to Sri Lanka please
For two people, it was around Rs 1 lakh for us, including everything... we stayed in 4-5 star hotels (we got good deals at our time of travel) You can look for hotels on trivago for the best deals...

I want to go to Sri Lanka. Some videos say that hotel booking is required, is there actually a need for hotel booking?
Hey! Before applying for visa book a hotel that has free cancellation, once your ETA approval is in, you can cancel it, book it for 1 day only i.e. the day you intend to arrive.

What did they say about check in luggage, 4 bag, 2 bag etc? Tried listening 10 times but still didnt understand the point.
They said as the flight is full, we had to check in at least 2 bags because there won’t be compartment space to fit all in plane.
We usually avoid checking in luggage as there are chances of it getting lost or misplaced so that was a con for us.

Hello!
For e visa, you will need hotel booking, for which you can book any random hotel on booking.com or agoda which offers free cancellation. Once you get the visa, you can cancel the booking. This is what we did...
You guys don't go into any sites of interest. Just look from outside
Not sure if you have seen our Sri Lanka playlist yet... we have been inside all the important places which interests us!
If in any vlog we have not, we have still given information on it so that whoever wants to explore those places, they can.

Hello! In first case you have to write your name in order of ‘First Name’, ‘Middle Name’ and ‘Surname’ , keep spaces between each and in the 2nd point the place where you started from so in your case Chennai.
Also no need to worry, the immigration officers are extremely helpful so don’t hesitate to ask, they’ll guide you 😊
