You can mix up the dry ingredients and store until ready to use, or you can just go ahead and make the muffins. Any muffins you don't eat right away can be frozen until you are ready to eat them. I hope this helps!
After you open the Buttermilk powder your supposed to put it in the fridge. I use this stuff a lot and I have had to throw it away because I didn't put it in the refrigerator.

If you’re using self rising flour do you need the baking powder and soda?!?
