Take a medium ship and do the missions from Robigo Mines. Much quicker. And you won't need any first class as you will mostly pick up criminals anyway. Just make sure your ship has 30LY+ jump range.
With a python with ~30Ly jumprange I earn about 110m/hour (passenger missions)
