He brought be back again in that series against San Antonio years ago before their chip run. I wasn't into the NBA that much due to super teams and extra boring games. Then the warriors came along and steph makes everyone want to watch, fan or foe. I love seeing opposing road fans cheer for him more than their team. I agree with Molly. It’s about Curry, it’s about history, and it’s about the moment. Knicks, Warriors fans and basketball fans around the globe had to pause to appreciate that moment. Last night was bigger than a game, it was a moment in time.
I'm with Jay Williams that Steph will be looking for new ways to improve and add to his legacy, but I don't see why Jay's emphasizing "this year." Like sure, in the here and now Steph & the whole team are aiming for a return to the mountaintop this season. But there will be far more than just this year to have a good shot at reaching it, if the make-up of the team and the quality of the organization are any indication.
