This is why we offer a large range of dies to allow us to work with you to find the dies that best fit your formulation needs.

1 x 1 mm die (0:15 - 0:30)
0.5 x 0.5 mm die (0:30 - 0:45)
3 x 1.5 mm die (0:45 - 1:00)
3 x 12 mm die (1:00 - 1:15)
Trilobe die (1:15 - 1:30)
Quadrablobe die (1:30 - 1:45)
We offer die plates that are excellent for most uses, like our 1 x 1 mm die, however sometimes a more specialist die may be needed. Our Trilobe or Quadralobe dies are perfect examples of dies that have been created with a specific use in mind: increasing surface area as much as possible.
