Amazing voice! Paul Stanley tore this up. Crazy Nights has always been my favorite KISS album. I finally got this in early 1989 and practically wore the film out.

I disagree, just because Paul had the most songs on the album over Gene doesn't mean it's a "solo" effort from Paul, it's just a standard 80s KISS record. Don't take away Gene's contributions, though they seem minimal he still has songs featured
This isn't a demo, it's Paul's vocal track on the song. This is what gets mixed together with everything else on the final preparation of the finished product. As typical on RUclips, anything that is ever so slightly different from the finished product is labeled a "demo" but it's not the case here. Hard to say whether this is the final vocal or a different take, but it is an actual vocal track, not a demo.
@rizzlaxl lol i suppose guess your not a musician considering everyone uses auto tune its a studio standard and this is a demo track 1 take also bottom line you hit those notes. So horrible? just depends how you look at it you can always look up the track MY WAY studio version so you here the final vocal. But crazy nights showed paul hitting notes not alot of ppl could. esp ppl that dont even study hitting the high notes any more..
Vocal tracks rarely sound good but this one sounds great. Take a listen to David Lee Roth or some other singers. The tracks sound good with music but not on their own.
Autotune came out in 1997. Pitch correction was extremely diffult before that. What you hear on this track is the remnants of reverbs, delays and the instrumentation overlapping the frequencies, since the isolation is not 100% clean.
For those who talks shit about Paul's voice today, just try to sing this and it will be a pleasure for me to hear you...

Nah Kulick loved playing the solos there its his type of music and he let the solos and riffs ring there.
Actually , I like the song BETTER with vocals only. Paul does a great job especially on the chorus.
