Hi, If you open the newly created User record. In the Third-party Account Links related list you would see the associated Google account with the username. Based on that it checks most probably.
I configured it all way similar but when I am trying to login I am getting this error API Only Users Can Access Only Salesforce APIs Can you pls help what is the issue

User not getting created . Where would issue be?

For system administrator we don't have an api user permission enabled checked permission set as well.
Which profile you are using? This error happens when you have the API only permission as checked.

This because your account is inactive..
or same email you may have more than 1 account ..
