Question : In one dev org I'm able to see the option "New External Client App" . I'm admin here In another org : I can't see option to create "New External Client App". I'm admin here also and user license is same as "Salesforce" in both org for my user. In the second one, I have created a new permission set and enabled all settings as you mentioned but when I'm assigning permission set to my user it shows error "Can't Assign permission set as user license doesn't allow : View all external client app" but use license is same in both org and I didn't selected any user license while creating permission set. How to solve it?

Hi Samarth, I am trying this on my sandbox and it does not seem to work. It opens up the browser window with selected app but does not show any changes from VS code onto the browser. Any idea what might have gone wrong? Thanks
