Nobody remembers ol' Christopher Belmont these days, but he more than secured his position as a great Belmont in my mind with the excellent course-correction that was Belmont's Revenge. Plus the guy was tough enough to strike down Drac like a champ in spite of his advanced age after being forced to take to the battlefield once more when Drac assumed that brainwashing Chris' successor would assure him victory. That has to count for something.
