Just for Crook, I'm about to drive an hour this weekend and visit Papi's Cuisine. One thing I will say is that Baltimore has Excellent food. If it's not delicious, they won't support it.
We only have one food critic, and that is Keith Lee. Darius Crook restaurant food was nasty when he had it in Atlanta. I had to go to another restaurant to get good food!

When I watched the first couple reviews I liked how he would say “come try it for yourself” and I thought he was rebranding himself….nope! He went right back to acting super sassy and miserable and it’s sad.
I got hip to Crooks after he came to my city & had a lot of negative things to say about our black owned businesses & one of the podcasts had some things to say about this dude.He’s more than entitled to his opinions, but after seeing his F rating with the BBB & other shady practices gave me insight on why he operates like he does!
Vell you should see how he ripped Kitchen and Cocktails down. You could see the jealousy all on Crooks face! He was pricing the silverware, and the food. He also left without saying goodbye to the owner after the owner told him to talk to him after his experience. The owner also comped his meal.
He’s doing more harm than good. He could give a honest review without slandering the business, but he thrives off drama. I can’t watch him anymore. Thank you for standing up to him and being the voice for his victims ❤️
One thing about Baltimore, we will say what it is, ask any performer who ever come here. We have a reputation of telling the harsh truth we don't care of the status so is Papi's was horrible we would stand 10 toes down in it. Papi's food speak for itself. He stays booked, you have to make reservations a week or 2 in advance especially for peak hours. Lastly people travel long distances to come to Papi's. Darius look like he stink to me so I definitely don't trust him.....pewwww

He actually said he didn’t have time to answer stuff other people (long time followers) already know the answer to. I found myself being afraid to comment. Then today I see an interview he did with Unhinged with Trashy J recently. I absolutely cannot abide that woman. My daughter gave me his skillet. I love it. Darius is fighting within himself bc he has failed multiple failed attempts I dont think Darius has the proper culinary documentation for him to have fair share at restaurants reviews. At 1st I thought it was all smiles and laughs but it’s a disgrace to our community. You don’t see white reviewers going into his communities tearing them completely down
Y’all, Shelly Gene and I had the honor of sitting at the table with some amazing people and and being served by DariusCooks his one of a kind dishes! When I tell you this food was the BEST - that’s an understatement! 10/10 on all the dishes! I don’t eat seafood and was so impressed how he was mindful to make dishes without it so that EVERYONE could enjoy all the courses. Thank you Darius Williams #DWDC #serveoneanotherinlove
