Just popped them in the fridge but I tried the cream from the bowl and OMG!!! SO GOOD!!! This was insanely easy to do as well and not very time consuming. The cooling of the custard is the only thing that takes a while obviously. I totally recommend this recipe!

I made tiramisu for the first time a couple weeks ago, also had never had it before but when I did the mascarpone, it never “smoothed” out like what was told in the recipe. I looked online and thought maybe because it wasn’t set out to warm up a little but there were conflicting views on the subject
That's strange. Usually you only need to stir it with a spoon, to become smooth. When you add in the yolk (not a cream) and mix it , it will turn creamy and smooth.
I watch to be satisfied and I am, every single time. And when I try these recipes it’s so good.....

American Measurements:
1 egg yolk
1.25 tbs sugar
2.5 tsp cornstarch
0.4 cups hot milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
just buy ladyfingers at the market or something idk
1 cup mascarpone cheese
3.25 tbsp sugar
10 tbsp heavy cream
Coffee syrup (0.4 cups + 1 tsp coffee powder)
OMG LMAO no wonder my custard cream isn't thickening I put too little corn starch, I thought I had the right measurements so thank you so much!!!

옥수수 전분이 하얗고 입자가 고와서 부드럽고 가벼운 식감을 내주어서 베이킹에는 옥수수 전분을 사용하는 게 좋다고 하더라구요~^^
