This is my safe place, whenever i feel anxious or when my mind is a mess i always search for this. It takes me into another world full of serenity. I hope today's generation will appreciate this kind of music more. ❤
Try "Voices of Music" - anything by them, but i'm partial to the "Four Seasons" with the heart-stopping Alana Youseffian on lead violin. Also, anything by Andres Orosco-Estrada will be top-notch, any novel by either Douglas Adams or Terry Pratchett, will also bring you to peace and hilarity. All the best. P.S. I love this version so much because she doesn't over vibrato every note with tricks and fancy stuff.. this is really hard how she plays.. so stable so beautiful
I never tire of this piece; if I had to listen to only one piece of music for the rest of eternity, this would be it, and I am not only speaking about the piece itself but the performance as well.
She has amazing skill - beautiful work on the violin - but is it too much to say that equally gifted musicians might not have made it quite as far if not so (conventionally) beautiful? She's gorgeous, she's absolutely amazing on the violin. I love this piece and this performance.
Awesome! An angelical fiddler, who masters the piece, a sober and competent ensemble, and an outstanding venue. In addition, a polite audience, without coughing, dropping stuff and having cells ringing. Can't ask for more.
there are plenty of classical musics out there already. even if you spend all your waking hours listening to them just once, you won't be able to listen to all of them in your life time.
We are so fortunate to have such easy access to the greatest classical music and the incredibly talented and dedicated musicians. The internet has opened a whole new world of beauty and perfection to all of us.
I love the Baroque period, and Bach is my favorite. Love the instrumentation, the harpsichord and strings. And the compositions are so passionate and directed. JSB was a genius
I understand that this is the piece that gave inspiration to the Procol Harum song "A Whiter Shade of Pale." Thank you J.S. Bach. Both tunes are great.
The interpretation, the place, the staging, the lighting and the musical pieces, transport you to a place of sleep, from which you do not want to wake up.
Do you want me to accuse you or my favourite composer for making me cry for committing my only 'sin' of enjoying this wonderful piece of music? Beautful, magnificent and charming rendition.Thanks.
I think it's wonderful that the music "moves"you so much. I wish all the pop-only fans could experience the wonder of sublime music... I pity those who don't want to hear " Classical " because they think it will be " boring " , and would be waiting for the beat to start ! There must be every emotion known to humans expressed in SO many composers' works. With so much sadness now in our poor😢 battered 😢world, classical music helps us keep hoping for better times... 🌎💕🇬🇧🎶🎹💕🇬🇧😊
There are pieces that are so devine that you can be the best of the top performers... you just won’t get better than the melody... Johann Sebastian Bach is a genius!
Piu Piu Bello! Jonathan viola ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Someone said that this beauty is the reason so many americans come to visit Europe. It's the connection to the devine thats coming tangible through music, architecture and so on.
Na minha opinião é a melhor interpretação que já escutei da Air on the G String, parabéns Anastasiya por transmitir tamanha profundidade em sua interpretação 👏😍
The combination of all 10 performers, especially the harpsichord and cello, and of course the sublime Anastasia make this one of the best versions of this amazing piece I've ever heard❤
Simply astounded by your talent and your aura. The music flows but not without a force behind it. Wonderfully formed personalized interpretations of our classics. Brava! x
Her performance is wonderful This world is full of wonderful, impressive and comfortable performances like this It's up to you whether you realize it or not
I like to feel the emotional purity of the strings. In each instrument is joined the ideal of the musical beauty and the spirit of creativity in the present instant. It's a beautiful harmony when the doing and the saying go it together. Music gives meaning to sound, from meaning to sound, is born emotion. All my gratitude to Johann Sebastian Bach and Anastasiya Petryshak with the Orchestra Cantelli. *Lucien*
This was not Bach's intention but an idea of the 19th century German violinist August Wilhelmj. In my view, Bach's version is by far, the more preferable starting point.
It absolutely bugs the crap out of me that nowadays all the "Air on the G string" isn't on G String, super hard to find a real one when you just want to listen to it and hear some rich tones coming from the G string.
Around 2009/2010 GOD meets me with Bach, and this is my very first Bach song I ever hear and I swear the GOD my heart and soul like purged, you know what I mean, and I literally shed a tear after hearing this song. And makes me say "Thanks GOD because I'm life and and You destined me to listen to this song" 😇
The simplicity with which she performs, lead us to think that everyone could play the violin so magnificently. Thank you Anastasiya for so much beauty.
That was an extremely beautiful technical arrangement of this piece. I've heard Itzhak Perham and midori play it, and and James galway on t flute, but she explores real depth of timbre, expression. And she has a slightly unorthodox technique with the bow, and rotation. An amazing performance.
Amo lhe ouvir!!!
Whenever I listen to any music,it's the impression that it leave you with. The feeling that hold you from within. Bach is one of the very few classical composers that have achieved and mastered this delicate balance of musical compositions embodied with so much sentiments. As if every molecule of someone soul respond to that particular sound. It talk to your feelings, like a star scintillate, its beauty beyond description. Bach music transcend the centuries. God has blessed Bach, for such quality that even now,his music touch us that way. Thank you Lord Jesus.

I totally agree, my mum used to play this and I always think of her when I hear it. I'm sure she is playing in heavens orchestra today.

Thank you for that insight! I love this music but never learned to play, so what you wrote gave me something to listen for!
Stable, yes, good term. I like that too.
A very succinct and unadorned player, with great tone and sensitivity.
Heaven 's music 🎵
She and her music make the world a more beautiful place.
I never tire of this piece; if I had to listen to only one piece of music for the rest of eternity, this would be it, and I am not only speaking about the piece itself but the performance as well.

Bin glücklich damit. Danke Vielmals.
My favourite piece of music ever written. Bach is an absolute legend ✊👍
Such beauty, it finds it's way into your soul. I can only imagine what it's like to hear it live.
Mr. Bach had so much lovely in his heart and you just shared it with us. Thank you

She's a violinist, not a fiddler.
I agree. The tuberculosis crowd stayed at home that night.

Absolutely beautiful 😻 thanks for the art and music today more than ever we need this in our troubled world
yeah life is worth living when you can enjoy such beautiful music...thank you
It's so nice to see despite not winning the violin competition, Anya found her own stage and became famous. Talent will do that for you.
On the G string. Literally.
Remarkable interpretation.
A little Heaven on Earth. Beautiful performance on so many levels. Thank you.

Most perfect bow control I have ever heard. One continuous tone, no skips. Beautiful control. The horse had a great tail!
The most beautiful piece and the most beautiful violinist in the world in my opinion. Both are miracles.
Beautifully played by a very classy lady. Have a blessed day.
Beautiful performance, one of my Bach favourites 🙂
