Never fall in love with Calgary or contemplate living while visiting there in the summer. The winter is a completely different animal. Nothing says fun like your car not starting because it got so cold the night before, that your engine block is frozen.

The only reason why the engine block in your car was frozen was because you did not take your car in to a mechanic shop to 'winterize' the radiator. I know, I use to live there and I made sure to winterize the rad in my car. The other requirement for living in Calgary is you must accustom yourself to very cold winters. If you can handle both of those then living in Calgary is a breeze.

@@Metropolitan-uu3vz dont get me wrong the skywalk idea is great with the Canadian winter but what about the execution? It looked so grey and claustrophobic when i saw a video on it. Are people actually hanging out in there, If the people aren't in the skywalk and aren't in the streets where are they?
