Key tip on reassembly was popping the front/speaker side cover on FIRST and then easily attaching the backside of the cover. I had been struggling doing the opposite and the seams were not coming together. Great video...thx.
This is very helpful on how to dissemble your Charge 3, cuz right now I’m having some crackling-static sound issues with my JBL C-3. So frustrating for this kind of authentic product.😩

guys in some charge 3 models on the front of the cover there are 2 screws so do not TRY THE SAME THING!! first make sure your charge 3 dosen't have front screws by opening the back part of the cover

You removed it backwards. It should be removed from the back first to exposed the screws holding on the fabric cover which you would then unscrew to remove it completely. Following your instructions I damaged the clips where the screws go.
But i dont think TL's have screws because my charge 5 doesnt have screws and its a tl but when i do it with ND it has screws so yeah its safe if u have a TL
Hi Techder Audios, I played NIN Corona radiata, and Massive Attack Teardrop as well and the latter the crackle is more present, wonder if I got a lemon. Hmmmm lol Portishead did it too on a few bassy songs. Wonder if you notice this on your JBL Charge 3
Hahah .. so easy to spot a Dutch accent .. but wtf is the point? Why remove the cover? Does it improve the highs? Otherwise it just seems pointless to me unless you're going to do some repairs. And although I hear people saying the fabric etc isn't part of the IPx7 seal ... I'm still not certain it really isn't part of the seal or plays a big role Also .. how did you damage your radiators? Do you put it in a bag unprotected/without a cover?

This is not the easy way, you break off the screwpoints. Start at the back, not the front (speaker side). It flips open and then you can unscrew the cover. Mine broke off thanks to you 👍

Inmiddels had je een waarschuwing of annotatie moeten toevoegen aan je filmpje(tekst). Of een nieuw filmpje maken met een waarschuwing en de oude verwijderen. Ja, ik eens even knutselen met secondelijm, kijken of hij dicht blijft.

Thanks. But I think it is much safer if you release the back side first using a prying tool then unscrew the clip on the front end.

They are slight different. This one apparently has slightly more bass, and the other one improved the vocals and treble.

Yes, they aren’t clips like he says. They are holes for screws.
You can just put rubber bands on it where it's not holding it that'll be fine
