Great info thanks. We set up with Amazon and did our training video but we have no load board options in the drop down menu menu. How long does it take to be able to book load in after everything is approved
You should have the load board. Create a case with Relay Support. ? with Circle around on top right of the home screen. Choose options that best match your issue. Enter description of issue, attach possible screen shots. It may take them up to a week to respond.
@@guardiantransportation6656 okay that’s good to know been debating on getting on a truck just left a company and have been looking at other companies but all have crazy hours or either crazy rules trying to wait and see should I wait and stay company or go head and get started
Hello, may I get you help? My question is Amazon relay app not show on load board button, but ,just show me auctions button.how do I do it can be get the load button on dashboard.thank you 5:19
The only loads they add fuel Surcharge, are "Blocks" and "Short Term Contracts". So yes, if you are booking a regular "Spot Load" off the load board, the price you see is all you will be paid.
Much appreciated for a very informative and detailed explanation. I had a quick question, about amazon relay/insurance. For insurance filling, is it intrastate or interstate?
Intrastate means you are operating only in 1 state. Interstate means you are crossing state lines to operate in multiple states. I believe amazon might want interstate coverage.
@@guardiantransportation6656 much appreciated for quick response! In what range I should be expecting the insurance cost? Am I'm CA and just starting amazon relay.
Live load means you wait while they load the trailer... sometimes at actual amazon facilities it is labeled live, but it is actually pre loaded. Alot of the live loads I have done at 3rd party warehouses are really quick (in and out in 30 minutes or less)
Have you tried quick post a truck of RelayOk extension?

Unfortunately I no longer have access to Amazon Relay. I would try to find a link for support on your Relay page.

Thank you . I hope we cut in your help. I am waiting you , my friend 🧡
How does the gas work??? Is gas in that price you see or different? Do they pay for gas?

Are you still doing the amazon Until now?
I moved a few loads for them last week. But it is paying so poorly, I have not been doing very much.
