Great capture of this airplane which appears more like a starship than a conventional aircraft. I always enjoy seeing the Avanti II. It has impressive performance and all the style to got with it. A bit loud, but not to be outdone by the cyclonic roar of the Mitsubishi MU-2.
Thanks for watching my friend. Love it too. It is pretty loud yes. You hear it coming from miles away. Long time since I've seen a MU2. I would love to catch one in video.
Its not loud by volume compared to any PT6 engine twin aircraft. The prop spinning through the exhaust creates a frequency that is not pleasant to human ears. It "sounds" bad, but not particularly loud as measured by ground equipement. And its super quiet inside the aircraft.
We've got quite a lot of air ambulance planes in France. They are much faster than helicopters for long flights (Nice to Paris or Ajaccio to Nancy for example). And they are also mostly operated to bring back to France injured/sick french tourists from foreign countries.
What a beauty!
Thanks for watching Matt.
Love Piaggio's 😎
Beautiful piece of design and engineering. ❤
I follow you. Love it too.
Thanks for watching.
Awesome footage 👍
Thank you very much my friend.
Great catch! Piaggio P180 Avanti II is a curious airplane!
Yes, very unique design. Love it. Thanks for watching my friend.
Excellente prise FX. Il est fun tout en rouge ce Piaggio.
Jolie video
Merci. J'adore les Piaggio. Ça change vraiment des autres avions. Un peu comme le HondaJet pour les reacteurs.
Thanks for the upload.
It has flown to Japan a few times but I have not seen it yet. I would like to photograph it someday.😊
Thanks a lot for watching mate.
I hope you'll catch one soon.
It is a regular visitor here.

Such a cool aircraft to see, I love the unique design. It really stands out with this red livery as well. Great catch!
Always great to catch a Piaggio. Luckily, we've got a lot of them coming for medical flights here. Cheers.

They all have been « moved » to the west of the runway by the bird control team for its departure.

Yes, very fast turboprop. Its main competitors are Citation.

I can just see the pilot and co pilot in the cockpit
Yes. It is an air ambulance Piaggio.

Yeah that aircraft was making a loud racket so that’s why they are not allowed to visit any airports
Yes, they are banned from several airports because of their loud sound.
