I get a lot of liquid buildup on the bottom and sides of my pan during the final proof. It ends up creating a layer of cinnamon sugar goo which in theory sounds delicious but in reality is just too sticky. Love the look of yours how it came out. Any ideas?
I got a bit of leakage too which is normal but sounds like you got a lot more! You could try reducing the filling amount and also roll tighter so that the cinnamon mixture adheres to the dough :)
