Great Video! Working at a golf course in Indiana for a few years now I learned that in order to keep that sand in good condition. After every rain a layer of silt will be on top that needs to be removed. Just a little bunker tip to keep the white sand white!
Looks good! Dont be afraid to water it from time ti time, and never be afraid to roll it with your roller or even tamp it down with the tamper from time to time! Enjoy it!
Best video of FEG. Hands down. The SMRM (Slow Motion Rake Montage was EPIC.) You guys, so far as a father and son can deliver, will sustain great golf fun into the next decade. My favorite channel.
And yes, you need to add some sort of lip or berm on the green side of the bunker to contain and save some of your sand. Using the sod you removed would work great!
Brilliant. You guys are the best. I think it should be called "The Egg Frier". I have a ticket for the Open on Sunday and will wear my Fried Eggs Golf cap - I'll try to get on a camera.
Used to maintain bunkers at a club in jersey real nice joint, we would flip a weed walker and edge the grass that way once a month. Makes it look sooooo good.
@@gtaylor9218 no way there deff must be some bunker somewhere with stone face in front of it. Cool reading about st Andrews trip. Hope it was fun. I think Augusta has a bunker with a weird lip
I just think there are some bunkers that have trees in the middle of them. I think this golf hole needs a tree that is in the way.. or a well parked bus
Save a lot of money if you buy the sand/gravel by the ton. Buying by the bag is the most expensive way to do it. Plus you'd have left over sand for bunker repairs
I'm no golfer (heck I don't even really like it) but I just love this channel, I think my favorite part is all the father/son work/arguments. I just love it, you both work/play and as all my friends say "Burn" each other
Love your videos. Reminds me of better days with my dad. Sand trap name; “Daddy Mack Time” (DMT). Always looking forward to your next video. Be good and enjoy.
You guys should take a little of the turf you removed and put it in the center of the trap so it resembles a fried egg. You can even spray paint it yellow.
i know its alot of work but that bunker seems real small, i would have at lease curved the front lip to flare out and match the green and make a lip with the extra sod. looks good thought
Come a long way from the tarp with a few shovels of sand. My suggestion is "The Whoop Whoop". I am subscribed to over 20 channels, but this is the only one I can't wait for the next video to come out because its just real.
"Little Nelly"..in honour of the creation of the bunker in the same week as The Open at Royal Portrush, where they have the same name on one of the remodelled holes. Love the video as always. Sean.
These videos are always so entertaining and just love the content you put out there. Was watching a Zac Radford video the other day and commented he should collab on a video with you. He said that would be awesome. You guys would make some great stuff together.
Scuba Steve's Sand Dollar - it's perfectly round and where he makes (or loses) those dollars! Great work here boys! Was hoping for a legit lip, but judging by the B-Roll from the bounce test, SS may be better off for that to be a later project...
Beverly's Bunker... What a great project! I can't wait to see how this holds up over winter... will you lose a lot of sand to wind and erosion? How will you keep the grass out?
Do you have to edge the grass around the bunker to keep a sharp edge? I’m building a bunker as well and going to lay a Bermuda sod right up against it. Curious what your upkeep looks like. Thanks!
you have the road bunker at st Andrews why not the drive way bunker but other options are -scuba's sandpit -the offering plate -"NOT THERE" bunker -circle o'pain/death -the great sandy circle a few ideas!! hope you like
Just watched this vid again and I didn’t notice the first time but we have our first “fry” in the skillet. Notice Randy’s shoulders from the start of the vid to the end. The Skillet fried em up nice! 😝
I can't believe you did not call Scuba out on the grounding of the club in the back swing, be sure to keep an eye on him for that going forward.Pot of Doom- The P.O.D bunker
Ive only just found your channel and love the vlogs. When I was a kid I dreamt of the set up you have. I made a bunker in our field once and dug it down a lot more for the difficulty. I also used the top layer of the grass stacked up like bricks to make the face even higher. It also meant contouring around my makeshift green. I also watched your coring vid and wondered if you were using the cores to make a new tee area?
Yall relationship is something I think every family needs and wants.. " zoeys playground" looks great... when are yall gonna do those other tee boxes.. the one in the woods yall showed years ago
There may be some Fried Eggs in there, call it The Skillet.
Dang it AtH_drum...I was thinking the same thing. Nice job getting it in.
The perfect name!
AtH_drum
I like this one ☝️
AtH_drum Came here to write that. Well done.
I was thinking Frying Pan but this is way better
+1
Great Video! Working at a golf course in Indiana for a few years now I learned that in order to keep that sand in good condition. After every rain a layer of silt will be on top that needs to be removed. Just a little bunker tip to keep the white sand white!
We appreciate the tip!
Looks good! Dont be afraid to water it from time ti time, and never be afraid to roll it with your roller or even tamp it down with the tamper from time to time! Enjoy it!
Yes. What I've been waiting for. Another great fried eggs video.
Or 'The Skillet' you know, for frying eggs. Great job, looks like you had fun.
Best video of FEG. Hands down. The SMRM (Slow Motion Rake Montage was EPIC.) You guys, so far as a father and son can deliver, will sustain great golf fun into the next decade. My favorite channel.
I haven’t golfed in 10 years and you guys make me want to start playing again!
And yes, you need to add some sort of lip or berm on the green side of the bunker to contain and save some of your sand. Using the sod you removed would work great!
That’s the icing on the cake right there! Adds a whole new look for the course.
Thanks, Matthew!
Brilliant. You guys are the best. I think it should be called "The Egg Frier".
I have a ticket for the Open on Sunday and will wear my Fried Eggs Golf cap - I'll try to get on a camera.
Thanks, Billy!
Pool filter sand once washed and cleaned out is amazingly white, would have looked awesome, nice job on the bunker
Used to maintain bunkers at a club in jersey real nice joint, we would flip a weed walker and edge the grass that way once a month. Makes it look sooooo good.
Slow mo raking segment was very relaxing and zen like. Zen trap.
I liked the video before I saw it!! Wow as always!!!! And bunker name hmm trouble island 🌴
Thanks, Ramiro!
Fried Eggs Golf no thank you guys!! Say hi to your pops form me haha thank you!
awesome jobs guys... and yeah, AtH_drum nailed it... the skillet!!!
Thanks, Big Kat!
Seems like a missed opportunity to use pulled up sod to build up that front lip.
@Joshua Weishhapl augusta national does have stone walls up against some lips as well as classic st andrews
@@LaidBackGolf Augusta does not have stone faces on any bunker either..sorry
@@gtaylor9218 no way there deff must be some bunker somewhere with stone face in front of it. Cool reading about st Andrews trip. Hope it was fun. I think Augusta has a bunker with a weird lip
@@LaidBackGolf I never said theirs not..infact..yes there is..none at Augusta national gc is what I said . Sorry for the confusion.
I just think there are some bunkers that have trees in the middle of them. I think this golf hole needs a tree that is in the way.. or a well parked bus
What keeps me coming back is that you're slowly showing how to build a golf course. It's really cool
This is my favorite new channel! You and your dad are a hoot!!
🙏
Fried Eggs Golf is the best, please keep up the great work. As far as naming the bunker, simply call it....."The old man's bunker".
Save a lot of money if you buy the sand/gravel by the ton. Buying by the bag is the most expensive way to do it. Plus you'd have left over sand for bunker repairs
Dang you and Mr. Steve have so much fun together! I love it Randy! Awesome vid too. I'm voting for AtH_drum - "The Skillet"
The Scuba Skillet!!! Love watching you two together. Reminds me of my old man and myself.
I'm no golfer (heck I don't even really like it) but I just love this channel, I think my favorite part is all the father/son work/arguments. I just love it, you both work/play and as all my friends say "Burn" each other
Awesome video Randy great work

The Egg White bunker looks awesome guys!
Love your videos.
Reminds me of better days with my dad.
Sand trap name; “Daddy Mack Time” (DMT).
Always looking forward to your next video.
Be good and enjoy.
Thanks, Matt!
What a great channel, thank you for the entertainment.... the green and bunker look great!
Bunker #2 needs the bricks!!

The whole process brought a smile to my face.
Congratulations on your first bunker 🏌️🏌️🏌️

Excelente trabajo!! saludos desde Formosa, Argentina
These are the BEST videos on the internet. Love the father son banter. Sounds like my old man haha
Always brings a smile to my face and cheers me up boss channel fried eggs love it

"Can't right now. We gotta work!" Watching you guys "work" is so much fun!
That dog doesn't know what to do if she isn't chasing golf balls.
@@FriedEggsGolf Just like me...
I agree with Scuba Steve, that brick wall would have been EPIC! I call it Brickless Pit :D
i know its alot of work but that bunker seems real small, i would have at lease curved the front lip to flare out and match the green and make a lip with the extra sod. looks good thought
Awesome work
🙏
You guys are awesome! Love everything about Beverley's Hills!
The slow motion rake montage was extremely satisfying. Great job guys. Quick green, a stimpmeter and a bunker. Beverly's Hills coming together :)
Nice Job! ... Either Beverly's Beach or Belair Beach
Another great videos guys. The bunker should be named after the land. The name should be Beverly's Bunker.
Yes! I’ve been waiting so long!
So frickin awesome awesome im giddy watching yall make this like if i get to play in it after lolol super awesome job yall
the Bunker! cant wait to watch this!

Beverlys Beach🏖 Awesome work🤘
Great Video as per usual. Call the bunker "Over Easy".
Green is looking 💯
🙏
What scuba Steve wants is called redan style with sod walls. Really cool but sometimes tough to maintain
"Little Nelly"..in honour of the creation of the bunker in the same week as The Open at Royal Portrush, where they have the same name on one of the remodelled holes. Love the video as always. Sean.
THE PIT OF MISERY !! 😊 Love your video's...GREAT JOB..
As always another awesome video👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😀. Call it the "Bunker Hill".
The names I've seen so far have been great. All I ask is that each vlog has at least one slow motion rake montage.
Noted!
That rake montage thooo! Sick!
Awesome work. And FYI there's always time to play with Zoey. :-)
Next step is to take the excavated soil and build a mount so you need to get the ball in the air. Nice job!!!
These are my favorite videos. It's SCIENCE!!
I really hope this channel continues to grow. Imagine the possibilities if these guys had a diamond play button 😳💪
The back and forth banter here is so funny, keep it up guys.
Fried eggs channel.... bunker is perfectly circular..... it has to be called the McMuffin
😂
Egg McMuffin!

Nice 👍🏼
Epic Name
Call it the MCduffin

Thanks, Will!
Your video made my day please upload more!!!
The quality of this bunker is 100 times better than the quality of the bunkers of my course.
Great video, you pair are funny! Love the feet shots
Ngl the circle spray was the most satisfying thing I’ve seen today. Pog
You a sucker for symmetry😏
Beverly's Bunker... What a great project! I can't wait to see how this holds up over winter... will you lose a lot of sand to wind and erosion? How will you keep the grass out?
You should put another circular sand trap same size towards the back of the green leaving a little grass trail in between the two
Definitely I would name it “Archie” Bunker! I’m sure Scuba Steve knows the TV show
I'm certain this will be my dad's favorite.
I absolutely love yalls channel!!! Fried eggs golf, always need Beverly's Pan!!!!!
great banter and video ....the scuba trap or the sandbox
Thanks, Dave!
Just started watching your channel and i've fallen in love with your content! keep it up!
Great job !! because of your videos I am now looking to buy a house with a bigger yard to do the same as your dad.

Loving the content. Can't wait for the next grudge match
Can’t wait for the vlogs with a us open green and now a bunker
Interested of the church pews like at oakmont, it could be Beverlys Hills collection plate.
You gotta name the bunker Zoey. That's an ole pup and it would be a great way to always have her around.
Just watched this vid again and I didn’t notice the first time but we have our first “fry” in the skillet. Notice Randy’s shoulders from the start of the vid to the end.

Stick with the egg theme, I'd name the bunker "Over Easy", thanks for the great videos.
I’m about to break ground on my own bunker using this as a guide. Anything you would have done differently?
Awesome video!!

Looks great! “The Cart Path Hole Bunker” (An homage to “The Road Hole Bunker”).
Perfectly round bunker. First thing that comes to mind is, you should call her Dot!
I’m trying to think how they do the super deep bunkers that are like an upside down dome how do they get the sand to stay on the sides......
I recommend a leaf rake for raking the bunker
Awesome!! Scubbasteve shock the world!
The guy just performs under pressure.
Talk about pressure! Videos are getting better and better as you continue to post them!
