The Laurel Construction Timelapse

The Laurel, an EAH Housing development in Santa Monica, is a three-story, 58-unit permanent supportive housing with studio units for formerly unhoused individuals. On-site supportive services and property staff are available for residents. Green building methods were utilized, and indoor and outdoor amenities were integrated. The community features various indoor and outdoor amenities for residents, including rehabilitating a former Japanese-American Community Hall, recognized as a historical landmark by the City of Santa Monica.
