The old surfers in my area smuggled a LOT of “stuff” up from Mexico in their buses in the 60’s and 70’s. Now I know where the secret compartments were! *Side note: crime doesn’t pay, one of the guys spent 7 years in jail down there from 21 to 27 years old…. Better to use that compartment for a fan system and spending your time Vintage Overlanding, right?!

@@VintageOverlandAdventures just on the forest roads… a lot on 3n16? I think? It was something like a 40 mile loop, I stay away from the gnarly stuff that the 4x4s and the VIntage Overland Bus do 😆

Perhaps the scorching temperatures ranging from 100 to 114 degrees have been weighing heavily on our minds. If we were in closer proximity, I would be more than willing to offer my assistance. I have gained considerable expertise and now know what mistakes to avoid. 😁🤣😂🤙

Superdude! Happy summer from the far North! Hey, its been getting up into the mid 80's on occasion and the ol' HiBearN8R's lifeblood's been getting up to 225 degrees on occasion. Usually, I'm seeing 180-190°F, so it gets my attention when it gets 225°. Think I need one a these external coolers? You da Man ✌️👍

Hey Tim! You'll love it! 235 is max for me, I'll pull over and let it cool. I like 190-205. VR1 20/50 Oil happy spot. Winter VR1 10/40. and cover the oil cooler.
