I put down 100lbs of 25-0-5 plus micros minutes before a perfect rain. Lawn is getting lit. Going long this year with a heavy emphasis on pre emergent for a few years to get rid of my last bane, poa.

I’m currently the youngest person in the neighborhood and my lawn is one of the greenest lawns in the neighborhood and I’ve had two sets of old heads come by and tell me how they’re grateful to have people like me. They say my lawn makes the block look good and it definitely feels like a fresh haircut when I mow the lawn and it looks green and crisp 🤣🤣

Extra hot chili pepper is cheap at an Indian grocery store and add a little garlic powder. Keeps squirrels from digging and I’m noticing dogs bypassing too

You should keep a watering can filled with water by the curb with a sign asking them to kindly water it in after they pee on the grass.
Need help. What do you do on a new build where they used dirt with tons of small rocks and just garbage dirt that’s rock hard that’s always in the daylight so it’s impossible to keep up on water? I was able to get a great lawn with Pennington contractors mix then switched up to KBG and iron at my previous house. I know what’s up but I don’t even know how to start with this new mess.

Domestic Paprika, Capsicum annuum, measures 600 Scoville Heat Units....Cayenne peppers are considered a somewhat hot pepper, ranging from 30,000 - 50,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).. cayenne will be much more effective

oh you have to wait if you already seeded. They have mesotrione on amazon the generic version if you can get that... you can also try the Scotts granular with crabgrass killer... you have to wait till the 3rd mow though and then you might have to reseed again ☺️🤙🏾
I was able to get mesotrione from Amazon, I live in the bay area, I haven't tried it yet because I've applied a pre-emergent, I reseeded last year and I had a hell of time with crabgrass but it disappears in the fall.
@@mikeo8890Mesotrione works really well. I live near Sacramento and used it on my lawn to kill crabgrass and other weeds. The downside is, the weeds will turn white when they die, so you will have white spots throughout your lawn.

For someone like you who keeps their lawn in show room condition, The robot's mowers are useless because it is not going to give you a cut like the Ego mower. But for someone who doesn't care about their lawn the Robot mowers might be a plus. My lawn is like yours, but I cut higher because of my Enviromint. I live outside of St Louis Mo, and it get very humid and hot with some temps in the 100's. I cut my own lawn not with a robot. Nice video.

Hey there, I'm in Dallas Texas and have watched a ton of your videos! I have learned so much and really appreciate your videos. I have Bermuda and on my side yard poa has overran it. Is there any herbicide you recommend that I can over spray to target kill the weeds but not kill my Bermuda off? Maybe I should just overseed and spoon feed the bermuda to outgrow and kill off the poa? Thank you!
The Spectracide 'Weed Stop for Lawns' has been shown to be effective in knocking out POA. You can get it cheap at any box store. It doesn't knock out all the weeds it claims to kill but it was effective against POA. I just watched a video on it from a guy in Texas
Bermuda is a warm season grass , you need to watch how to with doc, he specializes in warm season grass and cool season

just keep cutting normally and the bermuda will overtake it when it gets hotter here

Straight white sugar on the piss spots will neutralize the nitrogen and prevent the burn from getting worse. It’ll save some anxiety fighting a battle that can’t be won. Good luck my dude!

Bruh... paprika isn't going to do anything. Get some Messinas Dog & Cat Stopper Granular Repellent, or you can use moth balls, which are a super cheap alternative and toxic to a dog's liver.
Paprika won’t do anything it needs to be cayan pepper
