Brother kelle pace is a very popular food in middle east , we in kurdistan region of iraq also like it very much . We call it "Sar u pe" which means "Head and foot" .
This is very interesting to hear. “KalePache” also means head and foot in Persian. We also use “Sar” meaning head and “Pa” meaning foot which would make it very similar like what you said in Kurdish. This food is also very common in Armenia and believed to originated from there. Thanks for sharing your insight. 🌹
