@@RohanGulig not sure if you still need an answer but double check you have checked the box "Save transparency" when saving the Tiff in photoshop. it's not checked by default. If that doesn't work make sure when using the Nuke Read node to read the file you checked the "premultiplied" option.

Is there anyway to have the particles rotate randomly as 2d planes? Seems like it should be pretty simple.

Particle life time, increase it as needed. You will have to balance it with the birth rate of the particles so not to overload the scene.

Tif file is not showing correctly transparent .. it shows completely white please help.. although it shows correct in thumbnail
