Jaha NET qualified hone par bhi stipend/fellowship nahi milta hai, waha Ph.D. karna nahi chahiye. NET qualified berozgar shodh vidyarthiyon ko stipend/fellowship dena chahiye university ke taraf se. Central Universities aur institutions pe stipend diya jata hai sirf NET qualified hone par.
